大学生积极社会心态培育研究

【摘要】:社会心态是最宏观的心理状态,社会心态与心理有着量变与质变的内在联系。社会心态具有积极或消极的两面性,他们之间是有序与无序两种状态相互转化的有机体。当代大学生在社会急剧转型、迅速发展的过程中成长,其使命感和责任感让他们承受着巨大的心理压力,当大学生社会心态的积极因子较多时,,会产生积极的情绪和体验为健康的心理环境提供正向的养分。同时,心境的和谐会激发出更多积极能量的产生,生成更加优秀的心理素质,形成健康稳定的心态环境,进而处使社会心态与心理环境之间实现良性循环。相反,社会心态的消极情绪多于积极感受时,很容易产生相对悲观的归因习惯,呈现出焦虑、烦躁、孤独,极端的心态,也必然会导致心理环境的恶性发展。 因此,为能够使本课题研究顺利进行,准确地把握当前大学生社会心态的总体状况,将本文分为四个部分进行分析和研究: 引言部分,首先提出大学生全面发展的实现是以其心理和谐为基础的观点,指出大学生积极社会心态培育是保障心理和谐的重要内容。在对国内外社会心态研究述评的基础上,论证了大学生积极社会心态培育研究的理论和现实意义。进一步指出目前研究中存在的若干问题,提出了本文的研究方法和创新点。 第一章,从相关概念辨析入手,概括了当前大学生积极社会心态的基本特征,将前沿的积极心理学理论、社会心理学理论以及马克思主义理论作为本文的理论支撑,探讨了大学生积极社会心态的培育意义。 第二章,通过对大学生积极社会心态问卷调查,进一步得出大学生社会心态的具体表现,详细分析了社会心态的影响因素。 第三章,提出了大学生积极社会心态培育的措施。即提倡“积极”的教育理念;加强心理健康教育的正向引导;完善师资队伍建设;注重积极心态的自我培育;营造积极健康向上的环境氛围。
[Abstract]:The social state of mind is the most macroscopic state of mind, and the social state of mind and psychology have the internal relation between quantity change and qualitative change. The social mentality has both positive and negative sides, and they are organic bodies which transform each other in order and disorder. Contemporary college students are growing up in the process of rapid social transformation and rapid development. Their sense of mission and sense of responsibility make them bear great psychological pressure, when the positive factors of college students' social mentality are many. Positive emotions and experiences can provide positive nutrients for a healthy mental environment. At the same time, the harmony of mood will stimulate more positive energy, produce more excellent psychological quality, form a healthy and stable mental environment, and then realize a virtuous circle between social mentality and psychological environment. On the contrary, when the negative emotion of the social mentality is more than the positive feeling, it is easy to produce relatively pessimistic attribution habit, showing anxiety, irritability, loneliness and extreme mentality, which will inevitably lead to the malignant development of the psychological environment. Therefore, in order to make the research of this topic go smoothly and accurately grasp the overall situation of the current college students' social mentality, this paper is divided into four parts to analyze and study: the introduction part, Firstly, the author points out that the realization of college students' all-round development is based on their psychological harmony, and points out that the cultivation of college students' positive social mentality is an important content to ensure psychological harmony. On the basis of a review of the research on social psychology at home and abroad, this paper demonstrates the theoretical and practical significance of the research on the cultivation of positive social mentality of college students. It also points out some problems existing in the present research, and puts forward the research methods and innovation points of this paper. The first chapter, starting with the analysis of relevant concepts, summarizes the basic characteristics of the positive social mentality of college students, taking the frontier positive psychology theory, social psychology theory and Marxist theory as the theoretical support of this paper. This paper discusses the significance of cultivating positive social mentality of college students. The second chapter, through the questionnaire survey of college students' positive social psychology, obtains the concrete performance of the college students' social mentality, and analyzes the influence factors of the social mentality in detail. The third chapter puts forward the measures to cultivate the positive social mentality of college students. That is, to advocate the idea of "positive" education; to strengthen the positive guidance of mental health education; to perfect the construction of teachers' ranks; to pay attention to self-cultivation of positive mentality; and to create a positive and healthy environment atmosphere.
