【摘要】：教育是国家发展、社会进步的基石,是民族复兴的希望所在。教育投入是支撑教育事业发展的物质基础,是国家长远发展的基础性、战略性投资。曾几何时,我国的教育投入严重不足,国家财政性教育经费支出占GDP比重很低,这一状况极大地阻碍着教育的发展。社会捐赠则是我国大学经费来源的重要补充渠道之一,现已成为各大学战略发展规划的一项重要工作。2004年《基金会管理条例》以及配套的会计制度和税收政策的实施,给各大学教育基金会的发展提供了历史性机遇。近年来,我国大学教育基金会有了巨大的发展,从其发展现状来看,我国大学教育基金会虽有了一定的资金积累,但投资能力与收益水平仍然不高,已成为影响我国大学教育基金会稳步发展的因素之一,当前,必须转变投资管理理念,建立健全投资管理制度,增加投资领域,扩大投资合作,促进大学教育基金会的稳步发展。本文通过理论研究和实证分析,探讨适合我国大学教育基金会的投资管理模式,以推动我国大学教育基金会的规范管理和健康发展。
[Abstract]:Education is the cornerstone of national development and social progress, and the hope of national rejuvenation. Education investment is the material basis to support the development of education, and the basic and strategic investment for the country's long-term development. Once upon a time, the education investment in our country was seriously insufficient, and the national financial expenditure on education accounted for a very low proportion of GDP, which greatly hindered the development of education. Social donation is one of the important supplementary channels for the funding sources of universities in China. It has become an important work in the strategic development planning of universities. In 2004, the regulations on the Administration of the Foundation and the corresponding accounting system and tax policies were put into effect. It provides a historic opportunity for the development of university education foundations. In recent years, the university education foundation of our country has made great development. Judging from its present situation, the university education foundation of our country has accumulated a certain amount of funds, but the investment ability and the income level are still not high. It has become one of the factors that influence the steady development of university education foundation in China. At present, it is necessary to change the concept of investment management, establish and perfect investment management system, increase investment fields and expand investment cooperation. To promote the steady development of university education foundations. Through theoretical research and empirical analysis, this paper discusses the investment management model suitable for China's university education foundation, in order to promote the standardized management and healthy development of the university education foundation in China.
