大学生德育实践研究

【摘要】:德育实践在我国有着悠久的历史渊源,尤其是建国60年以来,已经成了高校教育的有机组成部分,是我国开展思想政治教育的重要途径,为我国的“德治”做出了重大贡献。进入21世纪以来,随着我国的政治、经济的转型,高校的德育实践也在发生着深刻的变化。本文立足于新中国建立以来高校德育实践的相关理论和实践,力图通过对德育实践的传统、起源和发展、实施原则、作用和意义等理论内涵的探寻,对当前高校德育实践的现状及存在的问题做出总结和分析,探寻出提高当前高校德育实践实效性的新途径,进而对我国的高校德育实践工作有所助益。本论文分为三章: 第一章,德育实践理论概述。本章从几个角度对德育实践的理论内涵进行了概述。先从传统的视角下对德育实践的有关内容进行了历史追溯,再从当代大学生德育实践的起源和发展、地位和实施原则、作用和意义等角度全面解析大学生德育实践的理论内涵。 第二章,目前大学生德育实践的现状及存在的问题分析。首先介绍了大学生德育实践的现状在主流上是积极的、健康的,并全面系统地总结了当今大学生德育实践的表现形式:有组织性的德育实践、大学生自发性的德育实践。其次具体分析大学生德育实践存在的问题,分别从高校方面、环境方面、和大学生自身方面来阐述。 第三章,提高大学生德育实践实效性的对策。本章首先阐述了要对高校德育实践工作进行改进,具体表现在以下几个方面:树立正确的德育实践理念、优化德育实践的目标、优化德育实践的内容、更新德育实践的形式、更新德育实践机制、改革德育实践的指导方法、优化德育实践的基地、提高德育队伍的素质。其次提出了要优化德育实践的环境,包括优化德育实践的社会环境、校园环境和家庭环境。再次提出了大学生自身方面要进行改进,包括端正向人民群众学习的态度、明确德育实践的基本程序、排除在德育实践过程中所产生的心理障碍。最后提出了借鉴国外优秀的德育实践成果。
[Abstract]:The practice of moral education has a long history in our country, especially since the founding of the people's Republic of China 60 years ago, it has become an organic part of higher education, is an important way to carry out ideological and political education in our country, and has made great contribution to the "rule of virtue" in our country. Since entering the 21st century, with the transformation of politics and economy in our country, the practice of moral education in colleges and universities is also undergoing profound changes. Based on the theory and practice of moral education practice in colleges and universities since the founding of New China, this paper tries to explore the theoretical connotations of the tradition, origin and development, implementation principle, function and significance of moral education practice. This paper summarizes and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of moral education practice in colleges and universities, and explores a new way to improve the effectiveness of moral education practice in colleges and universities at present, which is helpful to the practice of moral education in colleges and universities in China. This thesis is divided into three chapters: the first chapter, the summary of the theory of moral education practice. This chapter summarizes the theoretical connotation of moral education practice from several angles. This paper first traces the history of moral education practice from the perspective of tradition, and then analyzes the theoretical connotation of moral education practice of college students from the angle of origin and development, status and implementation principle, function and significance of contemporary college students' moral education practice. The second chapter, the current situation of college students' moral education practice and existing problems analysis. Firstly, this paper introduces that the present situation of college students' moral education practice is positive and healthy in the mainstream, and summarizes the expression forms of moral education practice of college students comprehensively and systematically: the organized moral education practice and the spontaneous moral education practice of college students. Secondly, it analyzes the problems in the practice of moral education of college students, respectively from the aspects of university, environment, and college students themselves. The third chapter, improve the practical effectiveness of college students' moral education countermeasures. This chapter firstly expounds the improvement of moral education practice in colleges and universities, which is embodied in the following aspects: establishing correct moral education practice idea, optimizing the goal of moral education practice, optimizing the content of moral education practice, and renewing the form of moral education practice. To renew the practical mechanism of moral education, to reform the guiding method of moral education practice, to optimize the base of moral education practice, and to improve the quality of moral education team. Secondly, the author puts forward to optimize the practice environment of moral education, including the social environment, campus environment and family environment. Once again, the author points out that college students should improve themselves, including the correct attitude of learning from the masses, the clear basic procedure of moral education practice, and the elimination of psychological obstacles in the process of moral education practice. At last, the author puts forward to draw lessons from foreign excellent moral education practice.
