美国麻醉高级护理专业设置与临床实践

【摘要】：目的对美国麻醉护理师进行访谈,了解美国麻醉护理师的管理、实践及教育现况,为国内麻醉专科护师角色明确提供参考,并为国内麻醉专科护理发展奠定理论基础。方法采用描述性质性研究,通过目的性抽样方法选取受访者,并通过半结构式访谈法收集交谈信息,最终通过Colaizzi内容分析法对访谈内容进行分析。结果通过对24名美国麻醉护理师的访谈,了解到美国麻醉护理师的管理模式是由麻醉医师督导的团队模式,工作范畴是具有护理特征的实践行为,教育模式是由教育认证机构、教育项目机构、资质认证机构及政府健康医疗部门共同评估组成的认证体系。结论中美两国国情及医疗体系差异较大。美国麻醉护理师发展现况对于我国麻醉专科护师角色明确具有一定借鉴意义。国内麻醉专科护师与麻醉医师组成团队将有助于进一步地降低麻醉风险,明确国内麻醉专科护师角色定位将有助于发挥团队的功能,规范国内麻醉专科护师教育培训将有助于保障团队的质量。
[Abstract]:Objective to interview American anesthesiology nurses, to understand the management, practice and educational status of American anesthesiology nurses, to provide a clear reference for the role of domestic anesthesiology nurse, and to lay a theoretical foundation for the development of domestic anesthesiology nurse. Structured interview method collected conversation information and finally analyzed the interview content through Colaizzi content analysis. Results through interviews with 24 American anesthesiologists, it was found that the American anesthesiologist's management model was a team model supervised by the anesthesiologist, and the work category was the practice of nursing characteristics and the educational model. It is a certification system composed of educational certification bodies, educational projects, qualification certification bodies and government health care departments. Conclusion the national conditions and medical system of China and the United States have great differences. The current situation of American anesthesiology nurses has certain reference significance to the role of Chinese anesthesiology nurse. The composition team with the anesthesiologist will help to further reduce the risk of anesthesia. It is clear that the role orientation of the domestic anesthesiologist will contribute to the function of the team, and the standardization of the training and training of the domestic anesthesiologist will help to ensure the quality of the team.
