微博时代大学生话语权的实现困境及出路

【摘要】：话语权是公民提出建议、发表意见的权利。微博时代的到来、沟通渠道的拓宽为大学生话语权的实现提供了良好的物质基础。首先,本文根据话语权的实现程度,提出话语权实现的"三个层次";然后,分析了微博时代下大学生在话语权实现过程中出现的困境;最后在此基础上,深入研究与探讨了大学生在实现不同层次话语权时容易出现的问题,并提出了相应的解决策略,为大学生的健康成长与高校的和谐发展提供了参考。
[Abstract]:The right to speak is the right of citizens to make suggestions and express their opinions. The arrival of Weibo era and the widening of communication channels provide a good material basis for the realization of college students' right to speak. First of all, according to the degree of the realization of discourse right, this paper puts forward the "three levels" of the realization of discourse rights; then, it analyzes the dilemma of college students in the process of the realization of discourse rights in the era of Weibo; finally, on this basis, This paper deeply studies and probes into the problems that are easy to appear in the realization of the right to speak at different levels of college students, and puts forward the corresponding solutions, which provides a reference for the healthy growth of college students and the harmonious development of colleges and universities.
