大学生自我职业生涯规划影响因素分析

【摘要】：随着就业压力的不断增大,大学生自我职业生涯规划越来越重要。本研究采用问卷调查的方法,对重庆市5所高校的538份有效问卷进行路径分析发现,学校职业生涯规划、大学生成就动机和一般自我效能感对大学生自我职业生涯规划有较强的预测力,并根据预测力提出了相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the increasing pressure of employment, the self-career planning of college students is becoming more and more important. In this study, the path analysis of 538 valid questionnaires in 5 colleges and universities in Chongqing was carried out. College students' achievement motivation and general sense of self-efficacy have strong predictive power to the self-career planning of college students, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the predictive power.
