生物化学自主设计实验存在的问题及对策

【摘要】:通过问卷调查方式,从实验主题、操作时间、实验技术、成绩评价和老师的知识水平等五方面分析了浙江大学生物化学自主设计实验存在的问题及对策。提出自主设计实验应以培养学生的科研素养和科研兴趣为基本原则,立题指导和项目审查阶段应加强老师的引导作用,将学生论文编订成册不但可供借鉴还可提高学生的成就感及责任感;操作时间6~7次为宜;应向学生推荐实验技术方面的参考书和视频,实验室应注意仪器的介绍和更新;应把实验过程和口头表达能力纳入成绩;老师需要不断提高知识水平。
[Abstract]:The problems and countermeasures of biochemistry autonomous design experiment in Zhejiang University were analyzed from five aspects such as experiment theme, operation time, experimental technology, achievement evaluation and teacher's knowledge level. It is pointed out that the basic principle of independent design experiment should be to cultivate the students' scientific research accomplishment and interest in scientific research, and the teachers' guiding role should be strengthened in the stage of problem setting and project examination. Compiling a book of student papers not only can be used for reference, but also can improve the students' sense of achievement and responsibility, the operating time should be 6 or 7 times, the reference books and videos of experimental technology should be recommended to the students, and the laboratory should pay attention to the introduction and updating of the instruments. The process of experiment and the ability of oral expression should be taken into account. Teachers need to improve their knowledge constantly.
