G学院旅游管理本科专业实践教学管理研究

【摘要】:旅游管理专业是一门应用性、实践性非常强的专业。当前旅游企业对毕业生的动手能力和综合素质提出了更高、更新的要求,旅游专业高校毕业生就业形势较为严峻。在旅游管理专业人才培养中加强实践教学管理,是提升旅旅游专业人才综合素养和就业能力的关键环节。本文首先在分析G学院旅游管理本科专业就业及实践教学管理现状的基础上,指出该专业实践教学管理中存在“对实践教学认识不足,组织管理不完善”、“实践教学目标不明确,课程设置不尽合理”、“实践教学师资力量薄弱,缺乏实践型教师”、“实践教学考核体系不完善,制度不规范”、“人才培养模式单一,实践教学信息反馈滞后”等诸多问题。其次,针对管理现状,提出G学院应构建包含“实践教学管理规范体系、实践教学管理监控体系、实践教学管理考核体系、实践教学管理反馈体系”四位一体的实践教学管理体系。最后结合实践教学管理体系的构建对G学院上述问题提出了“修订培养方案,优化实践教学管理规范体系”、“加强师资队伍建设,完善实践教学管理监控体系”、“规范制度,改进实践教学管理考核体系”、“改革人才培养模式,创新实践教学管理反馈体系”等一系列改进措施。
[Abstract]:Tourism management is an applied, very practical specialty. At present, tourism enterprises have put forward higher and newer requirements for graduates' practical ability and comprehensive quality, and the employment situation of college graduates majoring in tourism is more severe. It is a key link to enhance the comprehensive quality and employment ability of tourism professionals to strengthen the practical teaching management in the cultivation of tourism management professionals. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of employment and practical teaching management of tourism management undergraduate major in G College, this paper points out that there is "insufficient understanding of practical teaching and imperfect organization and management" in practical teaching management of this specialty. "the objectives of practical teaching are not clear, the curriculum is not reasonable", "practical teaching teachers are weak, lack of practical teachers", "practical teaching assessment system is not perfect, the system is not standardized", "personnel training model is single," The feedback of practical teaching information lags behind, and so on. Secondly, in view of the present situation of management, the author puts forward that the G college should construct a system of "practice teaching management standard system, practice teaching management monitoring system, practice teaching management assessment system". The feedback system of practical teaching management "the four-in-one practical teaching management system." Finally, combining with the construction of practical teaching management system, the author puts forward the "revision of training scheme, optimization of practical teaching management standard system", "strengthening the construction of teaching staff and perfecting practical teaching management monitoring system". "standardizing the system, improving the examination system of practical teaching management", "reforming the training mode of talents, innovating the feedback system of practical teaching management" and so on.
