江西民办高校教师职业满意度研究

【摘要】:经济发展速度的高低在很大程度上影响着祖国的今天,而一个国家的未来则主要取决于其教育质量水平的高低。我国高等教育体系中的民办高等教育,对我国教育事业发展具有不可替代的作用。据统计,江西省目前已经建有16所民办高等院校(不含独立学院),在一定程度上有效地整合了教学资源,减少了江西的公共教育经费支出,推动了教育体制改革等方面作出了积极贡献。民办高校教师是民办高校发展的核心。他们的职业满意度影响教师的工作积极性和幸福感,跟培养的学生质量直接相关,同时也为民办高校的教师管理提供了重要的依据。因此了解民办高校教师的在职状态,分析其职业满意度现状,研究提高职业满意度对策对于民办高校的发展具有非常重要的意义。经过对江西省多所民办高校教师的走访和发放问卷进行调查分析显示:江西民办高校教师职业满意度总体上不高;江西民办高校教师职业满意度水平最高的是人际关系,其次是工作环境、工作任务、职业本身、学校管理,专业发展和工作回报排在最后,处于不满意水平;各因素题项职业满意度随教师的性别、学历、职称的不同而所有差异;江西民办高校教师职业满意度明显低于公办高校教师。为了提高江西民办高校教师职业满意度,分别从政府层面、学校层面、教师层面和社会层面进行了对策探讨。
[Abstract]:The speed of economic development affects the motherland today to a great extent, and the future of a country mainly depends on the level of its education quality. Private higher education in China's higher education system plays an irreplaceable role in the development of China's educational undertakings. According to statistics, at present, there are 16 private colleges and universities (excluding independent colleges) in Jiangxi Province, effectively integrating teaching resources to a certain extent and reducing the expenditure on public education in Jiangxi. We have made positive contributions to the reform of the education system. Private university teachers are the core of the development of private colleges and universities. Their job satisfaction affects teachers' work enthusiasm and happiness, and it is directly related to the quality of the students trained. It also provides an important basis for the management of teachers in private colleges and universities. Therefore, it is of great significance for the development of private colleges and universities to understand the in-service status of teachers in private universities, analyze the present situation of their professional satisfaction, and study the countermeasures to improve their professional satisfaction. Through the investigation and analysis of teachers in many private colleges and universities in Jiangxi province, it is found that the professional satisfaction degree of teachers in Jiangxi private colleges is not high on the whole, the professional satisfaction level of teachers in private colleges and universities in Jiangxi province is the highest, and the interpersonal relationship is the highest. Secondly, the work environment, job task, occupation itself, school management, professional development and work return are at the last place, which is in the dissatisfactory level, and the job satisfaction degree varies with the teacher's gender, academic background and professional title. The professional satisfaction of teachers in private colleges in Jiangxi Province is obviously lower than that in public colleges and universities. In order to improve the professional satisfaction of teachers in private colleges and universities in Jiangxi province, the countermeasures are discussed from the government level, the school level, the teacher level and the social level.
