中南林业科技大学涉农学生社团发展现状调查及对策研究

【摘要】：长期以来,高校学生社团作为学生“自我管理、自我教育、自我服务”的重要组织,通过自主开展一系列集思想性、学术性、文化性、趣味性于一体的活动,为广大青年学生提供了在课余时间施展才华的舞台,在推动校园文化建设、促进学生全面发展、提升学生素质教育等方面扮演着重要角色、发挥着重要作用,并成为学生们学习生涯中必不可少的“第二课堂”。中南林业科技大学作为一所有着58年办学历史的老牌本科院校,近年来,随着办学规模和办学水平的不断提升,其各类大学生社团也如雨后春笋一般不断涌现,该校对涉农学生社团管理的深入研究,也显得极为迫切,它不仅关系到大学生群体的健康成长和全面发展,而且关系到中南林业科技大学德育工作的实施,关系到人才培养质量的好坏。本文在研究国内外相关研究进展的基础上,运用实地调查研究和案例分析的方法,在问卷调查与访谈的基础上,从社团参与状况、社团管理状况、社团活动影响和作用等多个面分析了中南林业科技大学学生社团发展的现状。在调研分析的基础上,指出了中南林业科技大学学生目前学生社团发展中存在的问题及其原因,并从学校管理的层面提出了促进大学生社团建设的指导思想和主要原则,提出了完善和加强大学生社团建设的对策。

On the basis of investigation and analysis, this paper points out the problems and causes existing in the development of students' association in Central South Forestry University of Science and Technology, and puts forward the guiding ideology and main principles of promoting the construction of university students' association from the level of school management. The countermeasures to improve and strengthen the construction of college students' associations are put forward.
