以人为本理念下的高校服务学生研究

【摘要】：高校服务学生是高校作为服务的提供者,履行教育契约,通过秉持一定的思想理念,运用一定的方式方法,在课堂内外开展人才培养与人生指导等劳动,对高校学生思想行为进行引导和塑造,对高校学生合理需求与合法利益进行满足与保护,促进高校学生全面发展,促使高校学生成为素质人才与合格社会成员的实践活动。以人为本符合高校服务学生根本理念,将以人为本理念引入高校服务学生领域,带来了高校服务学生的变革和发展。本文围绕以人为本理念下的高校服务学生这一主题,对以人为本、高校服务学生和以人为本高校服务学生的内涵与外延进行了阐释,对以人为本高校服务学生的理论基础进行了论述,对以人为本高校服务学生的必要性和以人为本高校服务学生的条件进行了解析,对高校服务学生中以人为本缺失的现状进行了剖析,最后对高校服务学生中以人为本缺失问题提出了相应的对策。第一,本文对以人为本的内涵、价值、以人为本与高校服务学生的辩证关系,高校服务学生的含义、内容和特征和以人为本高校服务学生的含义、特点和原则进行了论述。第二,本文对以人为本高校服务学生的哲学理论基础、教育学理论基础、经济学理论基础和心理学理论基础进行了论述。第三,本文对以人为本高校服务学生的必要性和条件进行了分析。第四,本文对高校服务学生机制存在的问题和高校服务学生中以人为本的缺失进行了分析。第五,本文针对高校服务学生中以人为本缺失问题提出了相应的解决对策。
[Abstract]:As a provider of service, colleges and universities carry out their education contracts and carry out the work of cultivating talents and guiding their lives in and out of the classroom by adhering to certain ideas and using certain ways and means. To guide and shape the ideological behavior of college students, to satisfy and protect the reasonable needs and legitimate interests of college students, to promote the all-round development of college students, and to promote the practical activities for college students to become qualified social members and qualified talents. People-oriented is in line with the fundamental idea of serving students in colleges and universities. Introducing the idea of people-oriented into the field of serving students in colleges and universities has brought about the reform and development of serving students in colleges and universities. Based on the theme of serving students in colleges and universities under the concept of people-oriented, this paper explains the connotation and extension of people-oriented, university service and people-oriented service. This paper discusses the theoretical basis of serving students with people-oriented colleges and universities, and analyzes the necessity of serving students with people-oriented colleges and universities and the conditions of serving students with people-oriented colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the present situation of humanism deficiency in serving students in colleges and universities, and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the problem of humanism deficiency in serving students in colleges and universities. First, this paper discusses the connotation, value, dialectical relationship between people-oriented and serving students, the meaning, content and characteristics of serving students, and the meaning, characteristics and principles of people-oriented service. Secondly, this paper discusses the theoretical basis of philosophy, pedagogy, economics and psychology. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the necessity and condition of serving students in colleges and universities. Fourthly, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the mechanism of serving students in colleges and universities and the deficiency of people-oriented service in colleges and universities. Fifthly, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem of human-oriented deficiency in serving students in colleges and universities.
