海南省高校大学生心理压力状况调查与研究

【摘要】：新世纪以来,随着我国改革开放的深入发展,社会变革更加深刻,社会竞争日益激烈。当代大学生面对新的机遇和挑战,来自学习、生活、就业、情感、经济、社会环境等方面的压力感逐渐增强,导致产生一系列的心理问题,严重影响了自身的健康成长。本文从海南高校大学生承受的心理压力的现状入手,运用文献分析、问卷调查与访谈、理论与实践相结合等方法,对海南高校大学生心理压力的总体状况、心理压力源、心理压力产生的原因、心理压力对大学生成长的影响和大学生产生心理压力后的认知与应对等问题进行了比较深入的研究。第一部分阐述了选题的背景、研究的意义、研究现状以及研究的思路与方法。第二部分对大学生心理压力的相关概念进行了界定,并对涉及的理论进行了阐述。第三部分深入分析了海南高校大学生心理压力的总体状况、心理压力源、产生心理压力后的认知及应对、心理压力产生的原因等,并对大学生性格特征、心理承受能力、情绪状态、不同心理压力源的突出问题等进行了多角度、全方面剖析,最后总结了本次调查发现的主要问题。第四部分结合海南高校大学生心理压力状况调查与分析的结果,从自身、学校、家庭和社会四方面总结了大学生心理压力应对的内容,以及高校思想政治教育工作需要注意的问题。
[Abstract]:Since the new century, with the deepening development of China's reform and opening up, the social reform has become more profound and the social competition has become increasingly fierce. In the face of new opportunities and challenges, the pressure from study, life, employment, emotion, economy, social environment and so on is gradually strengthened, resulting in a series of psychological problems, which seriously affect their healthy growth. Starting with the present situation of psychological pressure on college students in Hainan Province, this paper applies the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interview, combining theory with practice, to analyze the general situation of psychological pressure of college students in Hainan, and the source of psychological pressure. The causes of psychological stress, the influence of psychological pressure on the growth of college students and the cognition and coping of college students after psychological pressure are studied deeply. The first part describes the background of the topic, the significance of the study, research status and research ideas and methods. The second part defines the related concepts of college students' psychological pressure and expounds the theory involved. The third part deeply analyzes the general situation of college students' psychological pressure, the source of psychological pressure, the cognition and coping after the psychological pressure, the causes of the psychological pressure, and so on, and analyzes the college students' personality characteristics and psychological bearing ability. The emotional state and the prominent problems of different sources of psychological stress are analyzed from various angles and all aspects, and the main problems found in this investigation are summarized at last. The fourth part, combined with the results of investigation and analysis of college students' psychological stress in Hainan Province, summarizes the contents of coping with psychological stress from four aspects: self, school, family and society. And the ideological and political education in colleges and universities should pay attention to the problems.
