基于竞争力提升的公立高校治理结构创新研究

【摘要】：随着国家经济的发展，政府对公立高校的投入越来越大，打造具有国际竞争力的高校是当前我国教育的重要议题。然而，，公立高校竞争力的提升有很多渠道，加大经费投入、吸引高端人才等等。除此以外，对公立高校治理结构的创新也是提升高校竞争力的重要渠道。 本文首先对我国高校治理结构的研究现状，高校竞争力的研究现状、高校治理结构对其竞争力的影响的研究现状以及高校治理结构创新的渠道进行了分析；其次对当前我国公立高校治理结构存在的问题以及它我国公立高校竞争力提升的负面影响进行了分析；然后结合公立高校治理结构创新模式的文献，从高校治理成员、高校治理运行机制、高校监督机制三个角度对高校治理结构进行创新；接着就创新后的高校治理结构如何提升高校竞争力进行了分析，并以华中师范大学治理结构创新为例对其进行了分析；最后就如何实现高校治理成员多元化，完善高校治理运行机制和健全高校治理结构监督评价机制提出了相关对策。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy, the government is investing more and more in public universities. However, there are many channels to enhance the competitiveness of public colleges and universities, increase investment, attract high-end talents and so on. In addition, the innovation of the governance structure of public universities is also an important channel to enhance the competitiveness of colleges and universities. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of the research on the governance structure of colleges and universities, the research status of the competitiveness of colleges and universities, the research status of the influence of the governance structure on the competitiveness of colleges and universities, and the channels of innovation of the governance structure of colleges and universities. Secondly, it analyzes the problems existing in the governance structure of public colleges and universities in our country and the negative impact of the promotion of the competitiveness of public universities in our country, and then combines the literature of the innovation mode of governance structure of public colleges and universities from the members of university governance. This paper analyzes how to improve the competitiveness of colleges and universities from the three angles of running mechanism of university governance and supervision mechanism of colleges and universities, and then analyzes how to improve the competitiveness of colleges and universities after the innovation of the governance structure of colleges and universities. Taking the innovation of governance structure of Central China normal University as an example, this paper analyzes it, and finally puts forward some relevant countermeasures on how to realize the diversification of university governance members, how to perfect the running mechanism of university governance and how to perfect the supervision and evaluation mechanism of university governance structure.
