当代大学生挫折与抗挫折教育研究

【摘要】:社会的急剧变化不断冲击着当代大学生的心理,他们面临着来自学习、人际关系、恋爱情感、择业就业等方面的挫折。不少大学生在面对挫折时,缺乏对挫折正确的认识,抗挫折能力低,容易产生焦虑、紧张、悲观等情绪,严重者甚至引发自杀事件,给家庭和社会造成了严重的影响。因此,加强大学生抗挫折教育,增强大学生心理承受能力和适应能力,已成为高校思想政治教育的重要任务。 本文借鉴当今国内外抗挫折教育的研究成果,通过文献资料分析,理论研究、个案访谈、调查分析等途径,对大学生抗挫折教育进行较全面、具体的研究。本文包括以下几个部分:1、绪论部分对挫折、挫折感、抗挫折教育等概念进行解释,简要论述了国内外关于抗挫折教育的研究现状以及本文选题的理论和现实意义。2、通过问卷调查重点分析挫折对当代大学生身心健康影响的现状。3、首先阐述当代大学生产生挫折的原因,从主观和客观两方面进行分析;其次阐述挫折对当代大学生的影响,从消极和积极两方面进行论述。4、论述当代大学生抗挫折教育的现状及其成因;5、针对当代大学生面临的挫折提出抗挫折教育的措施。 本文在一定程度上丰富了大学生抗挫折教育的内容体系。
[Abstract]:The rapid changes of society constantly impact the psychology of contemporary college students. They face setbacks from the aspects of study, interpersonal relationship, love emotion, employment and so on. Many college students in the face of setbacks, lack of correct understanding of setbacks, the ability to resist setbacks is low, easy to produce anxiety, tension, pessimism and other emotions, serious or even lead to suicide, causing serious impact on families and society. Therefore, it has become an important task of ideological and political education to strengthen college students' anti-setback education and enhance their psychological tolerance and adaptability. Based on the research results of anti-setback education at home and abroad, this paper makes a comprehensive and concrete research on the anti-setback education of college students by means of literature analysis, theoretical research, case interview, investigation and analysis. This paper includes the following parts: 1. The introduction explains the concepts of frustration, frustration and anti-frustration education, and briefly discusses the current research situation of anti-setback education at home and abroad and the theoretical and practical significance of this topic. Through the questionnaire survey focus on the impact of frustration on the physical and mental health of contemporary college students. 3. First of all, this paper expounds the reasons for the frustration of contemporary college students, from the subjective and objective aspects of the analysis; Secondly, expounds the impact of frustration on contemporary college students, from the negative and positive aspects of the discussion. 4, discusses the current situation and causes of anti-setback education of contemporary college students; 5, to the frustration of contemporary college students to put forward anti-setback education measures. To some extent, this paper enriches the content system of college students 'anti-setback education.
