高校道德体验模式构建研究

【摘要】:道德是评价和判断一个人的首要条件,德艺双馨是这个时代对人才的追求。伴随着时代的发展,对于教育,人们不仅仅注重对知识的渴求,更加关注人的道德修养提升。高校德育作为提升大学生思想道德水平的重要途径,其德育效果更多的受到人们的关注。以往对道德知识的灌输越来越多的受到教育界自身的质疑,寻求更好的高校德育模式,适应社会对人才的要求,这已是摆在高校德育工作者面前最为紧迫的问题。 高校道德体验模式针对目前我国高校德育过程中存在的问题而提出,深刻剖析高校德育现状形成的原因。通过借鉴体验论的相关基础理论,结合我国高校德育的具体情况。提出:以“一个中心,一个活动,三个依托”为核心的高校道德体验模式。拟创造良好的德育氛围,营造适合学生参与的道德体验场景。通过学生在具体的道德情境中感受道德,了解道德;激发学生们的道德情感,让学生们相信道德,并感知其存在的必要性;最后内化到学生们的思想深处,真正呈现在学生的日常行为之中。实现道德教育知、情、信、意、行的最终目的,从真正意义上提升学生们的思想道德修养水平,而不仅仅是停留在理论层面。 通过具体道德体验案例进行验证,虽然该道德体验模式不是万能的,不能解决高校德育过程中出现的所有问题。但是,对于更新高校德育模式观念,,加快高校德育模式的改革步伐的确发挥了巨大的作用,为进一步更好的研究高校德育模式奠定了理论基础。
[Abstract]:Morality is the first condition to evaluate and judge a person, and virtue and arts are the pursuit of talent in this era. With the development of the times, people pay more attention not only to the thirst for knowledge, but also to the improvement of moral cultivation. As an important way to improve the ideological and moral level of college students, the effect of moral education in colleges and universities is paid more attention by people. In the past, more and more moral knowledge indoctrination was questioned by the educational circles themselves, seeking a better moral education model in colleges and universities, adapting to the demands of the society on talents, which is the most urgent problem in front of the moral education workers in colleges and universities. The mode of moral experience in colleges and universities is put forward in view of the problems existing in the process of moral education in colleges and universities in our country at present. By referring to the relevant basic theory of experience theory, combined with the specific situation of moral education in colleges and universities in China. This paper puts forward a moral experience model with "one center, one activity and three bases" as the core. To create a good atmosphere of moral education, to create a suitable for students to participate in the moral experience scene. Through the students in the specific moral situation feel morality, understand morality, stimulate students' moral feelings, let students believe in morality, and perceive the necessity of its existence; Finally, internalize the students' thoughts and show them in their daily activities. The ultimate goal of moral education is to improve students' ideological and moral accomplishment in a real sense, not just at the theoretical level. Though the model of moral experience is not omnipotent, it can not solve all the problems in the process of moral education in colleges and universities. However, it has played a great role in renewing the concept of moral education mode in colleges and universities and speeding up the reform of moral education mode in colleges and universities, which has laid a theoretical foundation for further research on moral education mode in colleges and universities.
