北京地区高校学科群建设及其管理机制研究

【摘要】：当前世界科学技术飞速发展，科学发展的分支化趋势和综合化趋势加强，并以综合化为主要趋势。与此相对应，传统学科间的界限变得越来越模糊，已经呈现出高度综合化、系统化、整体化的趋势，各学科之间的交叉性和渗透性达到了前所未有的程度。构建学科群有利于学科的综合化发展，优化学科结构，拓宽学科领域，提升学校的综合实力。 按照理论研究——整体现状分析——具体案例——对策建议的研究思路，本论文结合北京地区重点学科和学科群发展历史脉络的把握，以委托代理理论为理论基础，在运用调查研究方法和历史文献法的基础上，对北京地区高校学科群建设及管理机制进行现状调研，具体分析北京地区高校学科群建设及管理机制中存在的主要问题，并提出完善北京地区高校学科群建设及管理机制的建议和对策。 本论文共分五章。绪论主要阐述选题背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状、基本概念、拟解决的关键问题等，并确定论文研究框架。第二章对理论基础、高校学科群建设及其管理机制的基本内容和构建高校学科群的原则进行了阐释。第三章对北京地区高校学科群建设与管理基本情况进行分析，包括对北京地区高校规模和资源优势、重点学科、学科群建设现状的梳理，总结了北京地区高校学科群建设成果和管理经验，并对存在的问题进行了分析。第四章以北京工业大学先进制造学科群和首都师范大学基础教育学科群为例，，进行了案例分析总结。第五章针对存在的问题，提出完善北京地区高校学科群建设和管理机制的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of science and technology in the world, the trend of branching and integration of scientific development is strengthened, with integration as the main trend. Correspondingly, the boundary between traditional disciplines has become more and more fuzzy, and has shown a highly integrated, systematic and integrated trend, and the intersectionality and permeability of each discipline has reached an unprecedented degree. Constructing the subject group is beneficial to the comprehensive development of the subject, optimizing the subject structure, widening the subject field, and promoting the comprehensive strength of the school. According to the research ideas of theoretical research, overall situation analysis, concrete cases, countermeasures and suggestions, this paper combines with the historical context of the development of key disciplines and subject groups in Beijing, and takes the principal-agent theory as the theoretical basis. On the basis of the methods of investigation and research and the method of historical literature, this paper investigates the present situation of the construction and management mechanism of the academic subject group in Beijing, and analyzes the main problems in the construction and management mechanism of the academic subject group in the Beijing area. Some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to perfect the construction and management mechanism of academic subject group in Beijing. This thesis is divided into five chapters. The introduction mainly describes the background, significance, research status, basic concepts, key problems to be solved, and determines the research framework. The second chapter explains the theoretical basis, the basic content of the construction and management mechanism of the academic subject group and the principles of the construction of the academic subject group in colleges and universities. The third chapter analyzes the basic situation of the construction and management of the academic subject group in Beijing, including the advantages of the university scale and resources, the key disciplines, and the present situation of the construction of the subject group in Beijing. This paper summarizes the achievements and management experience of the construction of academic subject group in Beijing, and analyzes the existing problems. The fourth chapter takes Beijing University of Technology Advanced Manufacturing Science Group and Capital normal University basic Education Group as examples. The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the construction and management mechanism of the academic subject group in Beijing in view of the existing problems.
