高校辅导员工作考核评价体系研究
[Abstract]:Counselors are mainly responsible for a series of problems, such as students' study, life, psychology, employment and so on. The quality of the counselors' team greatly affects the ideological and moral construction of college students. This has put forward a great challenge to the counselors' own quality. How to select counselors with both morality and ability and encourage them to strengthen their own quality construction is an important subject to further improve the scientific level of college counselors' work. The assessment of counselors' work in colleges and universities is the core problem in the construction of counselors' team, which can promote the standardization of counselors' work. On the basis of the feedback results after the implementation of the assessment in colleges and universities at present, there are some problems in the construction principle, dimension selection, weight setting and so on, and only the actual results of the work of the counselors are investigated. It does not investigate the theoretical quality and professional ability of counselors, which is not conducive to the long-term career planning of counselors, which leads to the failure of the evaluation system of counselors to reflect its incentive role. To a certain extent, it is not conducive to the effective development of the work of counselors. Based on the present situation of the assessment of college counselors, this paper points out the main problems existing in the evaluation of college counselors' work, takes the basic work content of the counselors as the evaluation dimension, and insists on the openness, fairness, and orientation. Combining orientation and quantification, taking process and result into account and paying attention to feedback as the principle, the index design, weight design and score calculation are carried out. On this basis, the concrete contents of the evaluation of counselors' work are given by using the 360-degree assessment method, and a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation system of college counselors' work assessment is constructed. It not only provides the basis for the college student work system to evaluate the counselors, but also helps the counselors to improve themselves.
