知识管理时代高校教师综合档案的一体化管理

【摘要】：高校教师的业务实践活动过程蕴含知识的整理、传播、重组、创新等过程。记录高校教师业务活动过程的高校教师综合档案,是高校重要的知识资产。一直以来,高校教师综合档案处于多级分散的管理现状,利用率不高,其知识资源的整体价值没能充分发挥。高校教师综合档案一体化管理的目标包括实现教师个人各类业务文档数据的一体化管理,实现教师个人各类业务文件、档案的全程化控制与一体化管理,实现教师个人业务档案数据共享与利用的一体化管理等。构建标准、统一的高校教师综合档案数据库管理信息系统是实现高校教师综合档案一体化管理的基本措施。
[Abstract]:The process of college teachers' business practice contains the process of collation, dissemination, reorganization and innovation of knowledge. The comprehensive archives of college teachers, which record the process of teachers' professional activities, are important knowledge assets in colleges and universities. All along, the comprehensive archives of college teachers are in the multi-level decentralized management status, the utilization rate is not high, the overall value of its knowledge resources can not be fully played. The goal of integrated management of college teachers' comprehensive archives includes realizing the integrated management of all kinds of professional documents and data of teachers' individual, realizing the management of all kinds of professional documents of teachers' individual, and the whole process control and integrated management of archives. To realize the integrated management of data sharing and utilization of teachers' personal business files. It is the basic measure to realize the integrated management of university teachers' comprehensive archives to construct the standard and unified university teachers' comprehensive archives database management information system.
