当代大学生价值观对其学业成绩及帮助行为影响研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's socialist market economy and the further deepening of reform and opening up, some incorrect and unhealthy values and ways of behavior are prevailing on university campuses. The traditional values and behavior methods are facing unprecedented challenges. As the main body of education in colleges and universities, the post-90s college students are in the critical period of the formation of values and abilities, so they should be trained to establish correct values and behavior patterns. Urging them to obtain outstanding achievements not only plays an important role in their own growth and development, but also is a powerful guarantee for building a harmonious society, harmonious campus and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out in the report of the 18th CPC National Congress that "strengthening the construction of the socialist core value system, the socialist core values are the soul of rejuvenating the country and determine the development direction of socialism with Chinese characteristics." In this context, how to lead college students to establish correct values, and then through the cultivation of values to improve their achievements and improve their behavior, has become a problem to be solved. Based on the above reasons, this paper takes the post-90s college students as the research object, based on the review of the previous studies, through the way of questionnaire to investigate the values and help behavior of college students. SPSS and AMOS are then used to process the collected data. Firstly, the pre-survey data are analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, and the college students' value scale is revised. In the formal investigation, the reliability and validity of the value scale were analyzed by reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Through descriptive statistical analysis and variance analysis, this paper summarizes the present situation and existing problems of the post-90s college students' values and helping behavior. Finally, the effects of college students' values on helping behavior and academic achievement were studied by correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Through the data processing, it is found that the general values of contemporary college students are in good condition, but at the same time, there are some shortcomings. At the same time, the values of hard work, self-cognition and network life have significant influence on the academic achievement of college students. The values of morality, emotion, politics, harmony and network life have significant positive influence on college students' helping behavior. In view of the above findings, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the education of college students to form good values.
