西南联大师范学院师范教育的历史研究(1938-1946)

【摘要】:教师作为教育界的主力军,在教育界扮演着十分重要的角色,教师教育又是教育事业的“工作母机”,,是造就培养人才的基地。面对21世纪师范教育的历史转折和重要发展时期,教师教育问题越来越突出,对教师教育不断提出的需要和其所肩负压力也日渐增大。西南联大师范学院作为一个以培养云南基础教育师资为主的院校,为什么能够在抗战的八年里,在敌人的炮火声中为云南中等教育培养众多优秀的教师和教育事业工作者,缓解了当时中等教育师资紧缺的压力,并为云南教育事业做出了重要的贡献,这不得不值得我们去深思其成功之所在。 文章立足师范教育史,把西南联大师范学院作为师范教育机构史研究的个案载体,分析了西南联大师范学院八年里培养师资的独特方法所在。论文先梳理了我国民国时期以来的师范教育发展历程,并以此为背景,论文分别从师资力量、人才培养机制、实习方式和职后培训方式四个方面对西南联大师范学院师范教育展开分析并论述其师范教育发展情况,最后探讨了西南联大师范学院师范教育对我国教育理论与实践的影响,分析了其当代意义。 从西南联大师范学院看教师培养和培训来看,师范教育未来发展的方向之一必须是坚持先进的师范教育办学理念、符合社会需要的通才教育的人才培养模式、拥有强大的师资力量和保障有力的多种职后培训方式,而且要根据自身发展情况加强高师内部体系,尤其是内部课程体系改革,加强基础课程的教学,深化学科专业,强化教育实践环节。毋庸置疑,西南联大师范学院师范教育作为一个独特的案例,为其今后教师教育的研究提供了不可多得的历史素材和研究价值。
[Abstract]:Teachers, as the main force of education, play a very important role in the field of education. Facing the historical turning point and important development period of normal education in the 21st century, the problems of teacher education are becoming more and more prominent, and the demands and pressures on teacher education are increasing day by day. As a college that focuses on the training of basic education teachers in Yunnan, the Southwest University Teachers College has been able to train many excellent teachers and educators for Yunnan secondary education during the eight years of the War of Resistance against Japan and the sound of enemy fire. It alleviates the pressure of the shortage of secondary education teachers at that time, and makes important contributions to Yunnan education, which has to be worth pondering its success. Based on the history of normal education, this paper regards the Southwest University Teachers College as a case study carrier of the history of normal education institutions, and analyzes the unique methods of training teachers in the past eight years. The thesis first combs the development course of normal education since the Republic of China period, and takes this as the background, the thesis separately from the teacher strength, the talented person training mechanism, This paper analyzes and discusses the development of normal education in Southwest University Teachers College from four aspects of practice and post-service training. Finally, it discusses the influence of normal education in Southwest normal University on the theory and practice of education in China. Its contemporary significance is analyzed. From the perspective of teacher training and training in the normal College of the Southwest University, one of the directions for the future development of normal education must be to adhere to the advanced concept of running a normal education and to train talents in a generalist education that meets the needs of the society. Having strong teachers and ensuring a variety of post-service training methods, we should strengthen the internal system of teachers colleges, especially the reform of internal curriculum system, strengthen the teaching of basic courses, and deepen the disciplines and specialties according to their own development. Strengthen the link of educational practice. There is no doubt that normal education in Southwest normal University as a unique case provides a rare historical material and research value for its future research on teacher education.
