中国与新加坡高校德育方法的比较及启示

【摘要】:目前我国正处于社会转型期,大学生道德失范现象日益明显,一方面政府不断加强对高校德育工作的投入,另一方面现实中高校德育方法实效低下,巨大的德育投入和微小的德育效益间形成了强烈反差,因此对于高校德育方法的研究一直是重点。新加坡与我国有着同根同源的文化背景,在近代化过程中同样面临过度西化、文化失落等等问题,这使得新加坡高校道德教育的成功对我们有很大的借鉴意义。比较借鉴新加坡高校德育方法的有益成分,是完善和发展我国高校道德教育方法体系的重要途径。 本文首先对两国高校德育方法的形成与发展概况进行梳理,再从两国高校德育方法的种类、选择与运用三个维度开展比较分析。通过比较分析得出:两国在高校德育方法种类上表现出单调性对丰富性的差异;在高校德育方法的选择上表现出表层性对深层性的差异;在高校德育方法的运用上表现出机械性对灵活性的差异。通过分析研究我国与新加坡高校德育方法的差异,启发我们要提高我国高校德育方法的实效,要求我国高校德育工作者必须深化对道德及德育本质的理解;树立科学德育方法论,正确处理方法与目的的关系、方法与效果的关系、方法与方法之间的关系、德育方法与智育方法的关系;探索适合中国高校校情的方法体系,坚持多样性、针对性、层次性、灵活性的德育方法构建原则。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the period of social transformation, the phenomenon of college students' moral anomie is becoming more and more obvious. On the one hand, the government constantly strengthens the investment in moral education in colleges and universities; There is a strong contrast between the huge investment in moral education and the small benefit of moral education, so the research on the methods of moral education in colleges and universities has always been the focus. Singapore and China share the same cultural background and face the problems of excessive westernization and cultural loss in the process of modernization. This makes the success of moral education in Singapore colleges and universities have great significance for us to learn from. It is an important way to perfect and develop the moral education method system of higher education in our country by comparing the beneficial elements of moral education methods in Singapore colleges and universities. This paper firstly combs the formation and development of moral education methods in colleges and universities of the two countries, and then makes a comparative analysis of the types, selection and application of moral education methods in colleges and universities in the two countries. Through comparative analysis, it is concluded that the two countries show the differences of monotonicity and richness in the types of moral education methods in colleges and universities, and the differences between surface and deep aspects in the choice of moral education methods in colleges and universities. The application of moral education methods in colleges and universities shows the difference between mechanical and flexibility. By analyzing the differences between moral education methods in colleges and universities in Singapore and China, this paper enlightens us to improve the effectiveness of moral education methods in colleges and universities in China, and to require the moral education workers in colleges and universities to deepen their understanding of morality and the nature of moral education. Establishing the methodology of scientific moral education, correctly dealing with the relationship between method and purpose, between method and effect, between method and method, and between moral education method and intellectual education method; This paper explores the method system suitable for Chinese colleges and universities, and adheres to the construction principles of diversified, targeted, hierarchical and flexible moral education methods.
