基于AHP-Fuzzy模型的高校毕业生就业能力评价

【摘要】：就业能力是大学生在就业竞争过程中取得成功的决定性因素,文章将理论与实证相结合,定性与定量相结合,分析毕业生就业能力结构,构建学生就业能力评价模型,得出较为客观的评价结果,可客观评估大学生就业能力水平,同时为高校大学生有针对性地提高自身就业竞争能力提供指导和参考意见。
[Abstract]:Employability is the decisive factor for the success of college students in the process of employment competition. This paper combines theory with demonstration, qualitative and quantitative analysis, analyzes the structure of graduates' employability, and constructs the evaluation model of students' employability. The objective evaluation results can objectively evaluate the level of college students' employability, and at the same time provide guidance and reference for college students to improve their ability to compete in employment.
