大学生弱势群体思想政治教育研究

【摘要】:我国正在构建社会主义和谐社会,实现每个人全面和谐发展是我国社会发展所追求的本质。随着我国经济体制的改革、社会的迅猛发展和高校教育改革的不断深入,高校教育从“精英教育”向“大众化教育”转型的同时,大学生弱势群体也逐渐引起了社会各界的关注,了解大学生弱势群体及其思想政治教育困境,通过思想政治教育手段促其全面发展,对高校思想政治工作有着十分重要的意义。 第一部分,导论。主要分析近年来对大学生弱势群体现状的研究成果,阐述了大学生弱势群体思想政治教育的研究背景、研究动态和研究方式,明确了大学生弱势群体思想政治教育研究的不足:在研究范畴倾向于经济弱势学生、研究角度没有涉及到教育的客体以及大学生弱势群体分类特点概括不明确等。通过这些研究确定本文的切入角度和创新点。 第二部分,大学生弱势群体思想政治教育现状。通过问卷调查与分析,从经济弱势群体、生理弱势群体、心里弱势群体、学习弱势群体四个方面论述了大学生弱势群体的类型及特点,从不利于社会主义和谐发展、不利于高校的可持续发展和不利于自身全面发展三个方面指出了大学生弱势群体可能产生的负面影响,从社会因素、学校因素、家庭因素和自身因素四个方面阐述了大学生弱势群体产生的原因,并从教育理念上重视显性客体而忽略隐性群体、教育方法上重视单向帮扶而忽略客体感受、教育内容上重视粗放理论灌输而忽略细致心理辅导、教育渠道上重视第二课堂而忽略全方位育人等角度分析了大学生弱势群体思想政治教育的困境。 第三部分,大学生弱势群体思想政治教育体系构建。基于以上的分析,尝试构建大学生弱势群体思想政治教育的理论体系。即在正确的思想指导下,坚持以人为本和教育公平相结合、教育引导和自我调节相结合、解决思想问题和实际问题相结合的原则,针对弱势群体形成的原因提出了加强和改进大学生弱势群体思想政治教育的具体措施:更新教育理念,增加大学生弱势群体思想政治教育的关注度;改进教育方法,增强大学生弱势群体思想政治教育的实效性;丰富教育内容,增强大学生弱势群体思想政治教育的吸引力;扩展教育渠道,增强大学生弱势群体思想政治教育的覆盖面。期望能够改进大学生弱势群体思想政治教育教育工作,为其提供一些理论和实践依据。
[Abstract]:China is building a socialist harmonious society, and realizing the all-round harmonious development of everyone is the essence of our social development. With the reform of China's economic system, the rapid development of society and the deepening of the reform of university education, the transformation of university education from "elite education" to "popular education" is at the same time. The vulnerable groups of college students have gradually aroused the attention of all walks of life. It is of great significance to understand the disadvantaged groups of college students and their difficulties in ideological and political education and to promote their all-round development by means of ideological and political education, which is of great significance to the ideological and political work in colleges and universities. The first part is introduction. This paper mainly analyzes the research achievements on the current situation of vulnerable groups of college students in recent years, and expounds the research background, research trends and research methods of ideological and political education of the vulnerable groups of college students. The deficiency of the research on ideological and political education of the vulnerable groups of college students is clarified: in the category of research, the object of education is not related to the object of education and the characteristics of the classification of vulnerable groups of college students are not clear and so on. Through these studies, this paper determines the cut-in angle and innovation points. The second part, the current situation of ideological and political education of vulnerable groups of college students. Through questionnaire investigation and analysis, this paper discusses the types and characteristics of vulnerable groups of college students from four aspects: economic vulnerable groups, physiological vulnerable groups, psychological vulnerable groups and learning vulnerable groups, which is not conducive to the harmonious development of socialism. It is not conducive to the sustainable development of colleges and universities and is not conducive to the overall development of their own three aspects of the college students may have a negative impact of vulnerable groups, from the social factors, school factors, Family factors and self-factors explain the reasons for the emergence of vulnerable groups of college students, and attach importance to explicit objects while ignoring hidden groups in educational ideas, and attach importance to one-way assistance while neglecting object feelings in educational methods. This paper analyzes the predicament of ideological and political education of vulnerable groups of college students from the angle of emphasizing extensive theory inculcating and neglecting meticulous psychological guidance and paying attention to the second classroom and omni-directional education of human beings in educational channels. The third part, the construction of the ideological and political education system of the vulnerable groups of college students. Based on the above analysis, this paper tries to construct the theoretical system of ideological and political education for vulnerable groups of college students. That is, under the correct ideological guidance, we should adhere to the principle of combining people-oriented with educational equity, educational guidance and self-regulation, and solving ideological and practical problems. This paper puts forward some concrete measures to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of the vulnerable groups in view of the reasons for the formation of the vulnerable groups: renew the educational concept and increase the attention of the ideological and political education of the vulnerable groups of the college students; To improve the methods of education, to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of vulnerable groups of college students, to enrich the content of education, to enhance the attraction of ideological and political education of vulnerable groups of college students; Expand educational channels and strengthen the coverage of ideological and political education of vulnerable groups of college students. It is expected to improve the ideological and political education of the vulnerable groups of college students and provide some theoretical and practical basis for it.
