高校毕业生就业市场效率优化探析

【摘要】:本文界定了高校就业市场沟通就业信息、促进劳动关系达成的双核功能,提出应当从就业市场的直接效率与间接效率、即时效率与长期效率、显性效率与隐性效率等方面来衡量高校就业市场的劳动力资源配置效率;在此基础上,进行了高校就业市场显性效率偏低的归因分析,提出构建高校就业市场信息协作体系,进而构建让企业、毕业生、高校、社会等多方合作共赢的多主体、多形式、多时空、多层次协作组合的高校就业市场协作体系的新思路,以使高校毕业生就业市场效率不断优化。
[Abstract]:This paper defines the binuclear function of communicating employment information and promoting labor relations in the employment market of colleges and universities, and points out that the direct and indirect efficiency, the immediate efficiency and the long-term efficiency of the employment market should be considered. Explicit efficiency and recessive efficiency are used to measure the allocation efficiency of labor resources in the employment market of colleges and universities. On this basis, the attribution analysis of the low explicit efficiency of the university employment market is carried out, and the construction of the information cooperation system of the university employment market is put forward, and then the multi-subject and multi-forms of multi-win cooperation among enterprises, graduates, universities, society and so on are constructed. A new idea of university employment market cooperation system based on multi-time and multi-level cooperation is proposed in order to optimize the efficiency of college graduates' employment market.
