基于目标管理的高校实验室管理对策研究
[Abstract]:Laboratory is not only an important place for learning resources, but also plays an important role in cultivating students' practical ability and spirit of innovation and carrying out quality-oriented education. It is also the main battlefield for scientific research and teaching, and an important base for technological innovation and knowledge innovation. With the rapid development of China's modernization drive, the scale of education in colleges and universities continues to expand, the number of laboratory instruments and equipment in colleges and universities continues to increase, coupled with the innovation of teaching ideas, the promotion of teaching means, and the increase in the degree of openness. The traditional laboratory management method can no longer meet the needs of the times. To explore and introduce a brand-new laboratory management method has become an urgent subject which needs to be studied and solved and put into practice. This paper introduces the running mode of laboratory construction and management in colleges and universities at home and abroad, analyzes the main problems existing in laboratory management in colleges and universities in China, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of implementing objective management in colleges and universities in China, and draws a conclusion. On the basis of the above-mentioned research, this paper uses the concept and method of objective management for reference, and puts forward and establishes a framework model for the implementation of objective management of university laboratory management, aiming at the concrete practice and management characteristics of university laboratory management. Its operation process includes the following four steps: the establishment of the laboratory objective system, the implementation of the laboratory objectives, the assessment of the laboratory objectives and the feedback of information. This paper mainly introduces how to carry out the target contract responsibility system in the implementation stage of the laboratory objectives, and expounds in detail how to construct the laboratory performance evaluation system in the examination stage of the laboratory objectives. The methods of laboratory performance evaluation are explained by using the method of full score system and comprehensive coefficient method respectively. Finally, the effective methods of implementing the objective management of laboratory in colleges and universities are put forward. This paper discusses the universality of objective management in university laboratory management through the countermeasure research of objective management in university laboratory management, but the management itself is complex, aiming at different types and different nature of university laboratory, The objective management system of laboratory should accord with the characteristics of own laboratory.
