近十年来我国高校基础研究经费投入状况分析

【摘要】：以中国科技统计年鉴提供的最新数据为分析依据,对2001-2010年十年间高校基础研究经费投入总量、投入增长率、投入强度及投入的地域分布状况进行了描述。在此基础上,对经济发展水平和公共政策这两个影响高校基础研究经费投入的因素进行了分析,并提出充分发挥政府作为高校基础研究经费投入的主体作用,拓展经费投入渠道、培育多元化投入主体的改进建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the latest data provided by the Statistical Yearbook of Science and Technology in China, this paper describes the total amount of investment in basic research in colleges and universities from 2001 to 2010, the growth rate of investment, the intensity of investment and the regional distribution of investment. On this basis, this paper analyzes the economic development level and public policy, which affect the investment of basic research funds in colleges and universities, and puts forward that the government plays a main role as the main body of investment in basic research funds of colleges and universities. Expand the channel of investment, cultivate diversified input of the main body of improvement suggestions.
