地方本科院校职业教育转型过程中面临的问题与对策研究
[Abstract]:The transformation from local colleges and universities to applied technology universities has its specific background and necessity. According to the development history of local undergraduate colleges and universities, the present situation of running schools and the orientation of running schools after the transformation, local undergraduate colleges and universities are transforming to applied technology-oriented colleges and universities to do modern vocational education. In the process of cultivating high-quality and skilled talents, they are faced with common problems, including the transformation of educational ideas, the transformation of talent training mode, and the construction of teaching staff. The guarantee of experimental practice teaching funds and the integration of school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education. In view of these common problems, this paper puts forward some concrete solutions in order to provide reference for the transitional colleges and universities.
