农业大学校长职业化发展路径研究

【摘要】:农业教育是国民经济的基础动力,构建和谐有序的大学农业教育体系是教育引领社会经济发展的必要基础。当前中国体制改革对创新人才需求日益凸显,而高等教育改革发展不能充分满足民众接受优质教育的需求。近年来农业大学在发展过程中盲目追求规模化、综合化,缺乏基于现实的特色与优势意识,同质性发展成为当前国内农业大学发展的共性病症。在此背景下,探索农业大学校长职业化发展路径对国内农业大学发展具有重要意义。 本论文从功能角度构建农业大学校长职业化素质结构体系,以事物发展规律为指导依据,划分农业大学校长职业化发展阶段,基于对国内38所农业大学校长职业化发展现状的调查分析,充分借鉴教育部5所部属院校职业化探索的经验与启示,旨在为国内农业大学校长职业化发展提出路径建议。 全文共分为四部分。第一部分为理论研究,主要对农业大学校长职业化素质结构、职业化发展阶段及其发展路径进行理论探讨;第二部分为现状研究,重点阐述38所农业大学校长职业化发展路径的现状及其所存在的问题,并对所存问题进行归因分析;第三部分为案例研究,主要以教育部5所部属院校试点公开选拔校长作为职业化探索案例,分析其职业化探索依据及其实施过程,总结启示;第四部分以前三部分研究为基础,分别从职业化观念、职业化政策、职业化过程、职业化素质以及职业化机制等方面出发,探讨有效推进农业大学校长职业化发展的路径。
[Abstract]:Agricultural education is the basic driving force of the national economy, and the construction of a harmonious and orderly university agricultural education system is the necessary basis for education to lead the social and economic development. At present, the demand for innovative talents in China's system reform is becoming more and more prominent, but the reform and development of higher education can not fully meet the needs of the people to receive quality education. In recent years, agricultural universities blindly pursue scale and integration in the process of development, lack of realistic characteristics and superiority consciousness, homogeneous development has become a common disease in the development of domestic agricultural universities. In this context, it is of great significance to explore the path of professional development of agricultural university presidents for the development of domestic agricultural universities. This paper constructs the professional quality structure system of the president of agricultural university from the functional point of view, and divides the professional development stage of the president of agricultural university under the guidance of the law of the development of things. Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the professionalization development of 38 agricultural universities in China, this paper fully draws lessons from the experience and enlightenment of the professionalization exploration of the 5 affiliated colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education, and puts forward some suggestions for the professionalization development of the presidents of the domestic agricultural universities. The full text is divided into four parts. The first part is the theoretical research, mainly to the agricultural university president professionalization quality structure, the professionalization development stage and the development path carries on the theoretical discussion; The second part is the research on the present situation, focusing on the present situation and existing problems of the professional development path of the presidents of 38 agricultural universities, and analyzes the causes of the existing problems. The third part is the case study, mainly taking the pilot open selection of presidents from five affiliated colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education as the case of professionalization, analyzing the basis of professional exploration and its implementation process, and summing up the enlightenment. The fourth part, based on the previous three parts, discusses the ways to effectively promote the professionalization of agricultural university presidents from the aspects of professionalization concept, professionalization policy, professionalization process, professionalization quality and professionalization mechanism.
