知识产权人才的知识结构与培养模式研究

【摘要】：知识产权人才主要是指从事知识产权保护、运用、管理等相关理论与实务的专门人才,主要包括知识产权管理人才、保护人才、业务人才、教学研究人才等四类。知识产权人才的知识结构包括专业知识、基础知识和相关知识三个层面,不同知识产权人才这三个层面上的要求存在一定差异。知识产权教育应根据不同类型人才知识结构和层次差异,在机构、专业和学科等方面进行科学设置,形成与之相适应的教育培养模式。
[Abstract]:Intellectual property talents mainly refer to the specialized talents engaged in intellectual property protection, application, management and other related theories and practices, including intellectual property management talents, protection talents, professional talents, teaching and research talents and so on. The knowledge structure of intellectual property talents includes three levels: professional knowledge, basic knowledge and related knowledge. There are some differences in the requirements of different intellectual property talents. According to the knowledge structure and level differences of different types of talents, intellectual property education should be set up scientifically in the aspects of institutions, specialties and disciplines, so as to form a suitable education and training mode.
