思想政治教育在应对高校突发事件中的作用研究

【摘要】：随着时代的发展,我国高校的内外环境发生了巨大变化,各类高校突发事件频繁发生,对学校和大学生都产生了消极影响。因此,如何有效的应对高校突发事件,是全社会关注的问题,也是思想政治教育教育面临的重大课题。本文在总结国内外研究成果的基础上,以大学生为主要研究对象,以高校突发事件为背景,以思想政治教育在高校突发事件中的“预警”作用、“安全阀”作用、“整合”作用为主线,以提出问题,分析问题,解决问题,得出启示为思路。首先,对高校突发事件进行概述。主要包括高校突发事件的概念、特点、类型和成因。以此为背景,分析应对高校突发事件需要思想政治教育。以必然性和偶然性的辩证关系、突变论、预测学和危机干预论为理论基础,在此基础上分析思想政治教育在应对高校突发事件中发挥“预警”作用、“安全阀”作用和“整合”作用,再结合复旦大学投毒案和经历汶川地震的西南科技大学两个不同类型的案例进行分析,说明“预警”作用、“安全阀”作用和“整合”作用如何发挥,回答了为什么思想政治教育可以在应对高校突发事件中发挥作用。再次,重点探讨思想政治教育在应对高校突发事件中发挥作用的途径。思想政治教育事前“预警”作用主要是在常态中强化行为意识规范和完善思想政治教育的预警机制,者内调外控；事中“安全阀”作用是通过心理干预、媒体牵引、群体管理和社会动员来实现；思想政治教育“整合”作用的途径为心理重建、精神引导、经验总结,通过这些措施来实现心理素质资源、精神动力资源和教育管理资源的整合。最后,在分析思想政治教育在应对高校突发事件中为什么能发挥作用以及如何发挥作用的基础上,总结出对加强和改进思想政治教育的启示,即以“以人为本”为基点；以大众传媒为依托点；以提高大学生的道德素质为着力点。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, great changes have taken place in the internal and external environment of colleges and universities in our country. All kinds of emergencies in colleges and universities occur frequently, which have a negative impact on schools and college students. Therefore, how to effectively deal with emergencies in colleges and universities is not only a concern of the whole society, but also an important issue faced by ideological and political education. On the basis of summing up the research results at home and abroad, this paper takes college students as the main research object, takes the emergency events in colleges and universities as the background, takes the "early warning" function, "safety valve" function and "integration" function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities as the main line, puts forward the problems, analyzes the problems, solves the problems, and obtains the enlightenment as the train of thought. First of all, an overview of emergencies in colleges and universities. It mainly includes the concept, characteristics, types and causes of emergencies in colleges and universities. Based on this background, this paper analyzes the need for ideological and political education to deal with emergencies in colleges and universities. Based on the dialectical relationship between necessity and contingency, mutation theory, forecasting theory and crisis intervention theory, this paper analyzes the role of ideological and political education in dealing with emergencies in colleges and universities, such as "early warning", "safety valve" and "integration". Combined with the poisoning case of Fudan University and the two different types of cases of Southwest University of Science and Technology experienced Wenchuan earthquake, this paper explains the role of "early warning". How to play the role of "safety valve" and "integration", and why ideological and political education can play a role in dealing with emergencies in colleges and universities is answered. Thirdly, it focuses on the ways for ideological and political education to play a role in dealing with emergencies in colleges and universities. The function of "early warning" in advance of ideological and political education is mainly to strengthen the norms of behavior consciousness and perfect the early warning mechanism of ideological and political education in the normal state, and to adjust internal and external control, and the role of "safety valve" in the matter is realized through psychological intervention, media traction, group management and social mobilization. The ways of "integration" of ideological and political education are psychological reconstruction, spiritual guidance and experience summary. Through these measures, the integration of psychological quality resources, spiritual power resources and educational management resources can be realized. Finally, on the basis of analyzing why ideological and political education can play a role in dealing with emergencies in colleges and universities and how to play its role, this paper sums up the enlightenment to strengthen and improve ideological and political education, that is, based on "people-oriented", based on mass media, and focusing on improving the moral quality of college students.
