大学精神与大学尺度:从加州大学伯克利分校看中国大学改革

【摘要】：大学精神与大学尺度是一流大学软实力建设的两个必备要素。本文以加州大学伯克利分校的成长与发展为例,通过对伯克利成功发展的经验分析以及笔者的近距离观察,从大学精神的物化到大学尺度的规训两个视角,探讨成为一流大学必须具备的基本潜质,也反思了伯克利作为一流大学的无奈。本文还对今后中国大学的改革进行了思考,并从经费多元、治理模式、精神再塑、知识创造四方面提出了中国大学的未来改革方向。
[Abstract]:The spirit of university and the scale of university are the two essential elements of the construction of the soft strength of the first-class university. This paper takes the growth and development of the University of California, Berkeley as an example. Through the analysis of the successful development of Berkeley and the close observation of the author, this paper discusses the essential potential to become a first-class university from the point of view of the physicalization of the university spirit to the college scale, and also reflects on Berkeley's inability to be a first-class university. This paper also thinks about the reform of Chinese university in the future, and puts forward the future reform direction of Chinese university from the aspects of diversified funds, governance mode, spiritual remaking and knowledge creation.
