大学生就业素质培养中的思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,积极做好大学生就业工作,培养大学生的就业素质显得尤为重要。把思想政治教育融入大学生就业素质培养克服了传统思想政治教育与现实相脱节的弱点,直接扣合大学生的实际需求,使思想政治教育呈现出立体化、现实化、个性化更加丰富多彩的特点。本研究立足于目前大学生就业素质的现状,调研和参考已有的研究成果,分析高校在大学生就业素质培养中的思想政治教育存在的问题和原因,试图深入系统的探索大学生就业素质培养中的思想政治教育对策,本文分为以下三个部分。第一部分：大学生就业素质培养中的思想政治教育内涵及其意义。该部分是本文研究的逻辑起点,在已有研究的基础上,该部分首先对素质、大学生就业素质培养、大学生就业素质培养中的思想政治教育的含义分别进行了阐述,并对其内容和特点进行了探索性归纳,明确了大学生就业素质培养中的思想政治教育意义,为下一部分的现状分析和对策研究提供依据。第二部分：大学生就业素质培养中的思想政治教育现状分析。该部分是本文的立论基础,在第一部分的基础上总结归纳了近年来大学生就业素质培养中的思想政治教育取得的成绩,对大学生就业时思想和行动产生的良性影响。但是思想政治教育与大学生就业素质培养紧密结合的实践还处于初始阶段,存在重就业技能轻思想引导、教育内容滞后、教育载体狭窄教育效果不佳、教育缺乏连贯性等诸多问题。并就上述问题做了深入系统的分析,找出原因。第三部分：大学生就业素质培养中的思想政治教育对策。首先通过树立大学生就业素质培养中的思想政治教育观,即人的全面发展观、以人为本观和实践观,进而改进大学生就业素质培养中的思想政治教育内容、方法,创新载体,通过加强思想政治教育队伍的建设,进一步探索大学生就业素质培养中的思想政治教育“三全”模式。
[Abstract]:Strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students, actively do a good job in the employment of college students, It is particularly important to cultivate the employment quality of college students. The integration of ideological and political education into the employment quality of college students overcomes the weakness of the disconnection between traditional ideological and political education and reality, and directly meets the actual needs of college students. This study is based on the present situation of college students' employment quality, and refers to the existing research results. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality, and attempts to explore the countermeasures of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality. This paper is divided into the following three parts. The first part: the connotation and significance of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality. This part is the logical starting point of this paper. The meaning of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality is expounded respectively, and its contents and characteristics are summarized, and the significance of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality is clarified. For the next part of the analysis of the current situation and countermeasures to provide the basis. The second part: the present situation of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality, which is the basis of this thesis. On the basis of the first part, it summarizes the achievements of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality in recent years. But the practice of the close combination of ideological and political education and the cultivation of college students' employment quality is still in the initial stage, and there is an emphasis on employment skills over ideological guidance, and the content of education lags behind. The narrow educational carrier of education is not good and the education lacks coherence and so on. This paper makes a deep and systematic analysis of the above problems and finds out the reasons. The third part: the countermeasures of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality. Firstly, through the establishment of ideological and political education view in the cultivation of college students' employment quality, that is, the overall development view of human beings, the view of people-oriented and the view of practice. Then, the contents, methods and carriers of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality are improved. Through strengthening the construction of ideological and political education team, the "three complete" mode of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality is further explored.
