【摘要】：利他行为作为个体社会化的结果，，它是亲社会行为的重要组成部分，备受心理学研究者的关注。本研究选取移情和社会责任心两个因素作为影响利他行为发生的自变量，采用问卷法和内隐联想测验相结合的方式对利他行为展开研究，从中了解大学生移情、社会责任心和利他行为的发展现状，并对三者之间的关系展开研究。研究结果表明： 1.修订后的利他行为自陈问卷具有良好的信效度，适用于中国文化背景下的大学生群体。 2.总体来看，当前大学生的利他行为处于中等偏低水平；学生干部的利他行为、社会责任心的得分显著地高于非学生干部；女大学生的移情、社会责任心的得分显著地高于男大学生。 3.大学生的移情、社会责任心与利他行为存在显著的相关关系。 4.大学生的移情通过社会责任心的中介作用对利他行为产生影响,并且性别及是否学生干部群组在“移情—社会责任心—利他行为”的中介作用模型上具有组间一致性。 5.大学生存在内隐利他行为倾向，内隐利他行为与外显利他行为相分离，且内隐利他行为与移情、社会责任心不具有显著的相关性。
[Abstract]:Altruistic behavior, as the result of individual socialization, is an important part of pro-social behavior and has attracted much attention from psychological researchers. This study selects empathy and social responsibility as independent variables to influence altruistic behavior and uses questionnaire and implicit association test to study altruistic behavior in order to understand the empathy of college students. The present situation of social responsibility and altruistic behavior, and the relationship between them are studied. The results show that: 1. The revised questionnaire has good reliability and validity and is suitable for college students in Chinese cultural background. 2. Generally speaking, the altruistic behavior of college students is on the low side at present; the scores of altruistic behavior and social responsibility of student cadres are significantly higher than those of non-student cadres; the empathy of female college students is significantly higher than that of non-student cadres. The score of social responsibility was significantly higher than that of male college students. There is a significant correlation between empathy, social responsibility and altruistic behavior of college students. 4. 4. The empathy of college students influences altruistic behavior through the intermediary function of social responsibility. And the gender and whether the student cadre group in the "empathy-social responsibility-altruistic behavior" intermediary role model has inter-group consistency. 5. College students have the tendency of implicit altruistic behavior, the implicit altruistic behavior is separated from explicit altruistic behavior, and there is no significant correlation between implicit altruistic behavior and empathy, and there is no significant correlation between implicit altruistic behavior and empathy.
