意识三态观:民族教育研究的新视野

【摘要】:民族教育一直处在国家意识形态、地方(民族)意识形态和个体精英意识形态的交织与博弈之中,在竞争、磋商和认同中规定了民族教育的目标、宗旨、内容和国家统一的指导原则、纲要,并在制度化中进一步完善起来,在法律上给予了承认和保障。意识三态观作为一种理论视野、一种行动视野和一种范式,不仅仅应用在民族教育研究方面,还可应用在民族理论和民族关系的实践方面。它本身不是一个大理论,却为建立大理论提供视野;它也不是一个微理论,但能为建立微理论提供思考和操作;它是一个中型理论的范式,可以将宏大理论与微理论、理论研究与经验研究结合起来。
[Abstract]:National education has always been in the intertwined and game of national ideology, local (national) ideology and individual elite ideology, in the competition, consultation and identification set out the goals and purposes of ethnic education. The content and the national unified guiding principle, outline, and further perfect in the institutionalization, has given the recognition and the safeguard in the law. As a theoretical field of vision, a vision of action and a paradigm, the three-state view of consciousness can be applied not only to the research of ethnic education, but also to the practice of national theory and national relations. It is not a big theory itself, but it provides a field of vision for the establishment of a large theory, nor is it a micro-theory, but it can provide thinking and operation for the establishment of a micro-theory; It is a paradigm of medium-sized theory, which can combine grand theory with micro-theory, theoretical research with empirical research.
