【摘要】：李娜继2011年法国网球公开赛首夺大满贯冠军之后,时隔三年,再次在2014年澳大利亚网球公开赛问鼎大满贯冠军。随之她的世界排名晋升到第二,这是中国乃至亚洲网球选手的记录,她也名副其实的被誉为中国网坛的“一姐”。李娜骄人的成绩对我国的网球事业具有里程碑的作用,带动了我国网球事业和全民健身的发展。2014年9月19日,李娜正式宣布退役。2014年11月11日,李娜在WTA的排名积分正式清零,世界排名被清除,这意味着一个时代彻底终结。虽然“娜时代”终结了,但她的技战术水平以及风格却值得我们学习和研究。因此本研究选取2014年澳大利亚网球公开赛李娜的7场单打比赛录像作为研究对象,分析李娜在比赛中的得分因素,挖掘李娜在比赛中的制胜优势,期望对我国专业网球选手和业余网球爱好者等今后的训练和比赛提供参考,以提高她们单打比赛的竞技水平。本文研究结果如下:1 2014年澳网公开赛中李娜在发球阶段得分最多,其次是相持阶段,接发球阶段表现稍显逊色。2在各项技术水平方面,李娜此次比赛发球技术、接发球技术、底线技术和截击技术四个方面的技术指标都优于对手,在比赛中截击技术用得相对较少。3在发球阶段,本次比赛李娜的平均一发成功率高达66%。在发球得分方面,李娜一区的得分率为65.3%,优于二发;发球直接得分与发球后前两拍得分所占比重基本相同。在ACE球方面,李娜在右区表现更为出彩。与对手比较,李娜的得分能力更出众。4在接发球阶段,李娜的接二发得分略多于接一发得分,接发直接得分高于接发后前两拍得分。与对手相比,接发球阶段李娜的能力更突出。5在相持阶段,李娜的发球局得分多于接发球局,且发球局主动得分多于非主动得分,而接发球局非主动得分多于主动得分。总体而言,李娜的主动得分多于非主动得分。与对手比较来说,李娜在相持阶段无论是发球局还是接发球局的主动得分与非主动得分都强于对手,整体得分能力也优于对手。针对分析结果,本文对我专业网球选手以及业余网球爱好者在今后的比赛和训练中提出了以下建议:1从整体比赛来说,我国专业网球选手以及业余网球爱好者在今后的训练和比赛中应均衡提高发球阶段、相持阶段和接发球阶段的得分能力,优化自身条件。2在各项技术方面,我国专业网球选手以及业余网球爱好者在今后的训练和比赛中应综合强化各项技术的稳定性和精准度,使各项技术的组合更有效率。3我国专业网球选手以及业余网球爱好者在今后的训练和比赛中应该参考李娜在发球阶段的得分优势,强化发球质量,树立先发制人的进攻意识,争取掌控比赛。提高发ACE球的能力,均衡一发二发和左右区发球能力,避免发球双误。4接发球阶段的得分能力对比赛也有举足轻重的作用,我国专业网球选手和业余网球爱好者在今后的训练中应注重接发球能力练习,争取接发球直接得分,提高接发球前两拍的得分能力。5相持阶段的得分能力也是李娜制胜的有力武器。我国专业网球选手和业余网球爱好者应该吸纳李娜在底线相持中正反拍的主动进攻能力,提高截击球质量,灵活运用其它技术,力争技术全面多变,掌控比赛。
