青岛市盲人足球运动员听力训练方法研究

【摘要】：我国的五人制盲人足球运动与西方国家相比开展的较晚,虽然这些年我国在这个项目上取得了一定的成绩,也获得了一些肯定,但是五人制盲人足球运动在我国的发展过程当中,一直缺乏系统、先进、科学的理论支持,缺少高素质、高水平的教练员团队,训练方法和技术及相关研究相对薄弱,这对我国盲人足球运动的发展是十分不利的。本文首先阐述了国内外对盲人足球运动的研究成果,然后介绍了实验研究的手段和方法,通过设计听力训练的对比实验,并对实验结果进行数理统计分析,得出能够提高盲人足球听力训练水平的有效方法,建立科学可行的盲人足球听力训练体系。论文的第一部分是研究课题的相关介绍,我国五人制盲人足球运动与西方国家相比起步较晚,在各种刻苦条件的制约下,中国盲人足球队在2008年北京残奥会勇夺亚军,博得了国人的敬意。可是当今国内学者对五人制盲人足球运动的研究还不深入,也不系统,本文通过文献资料法、访问调查法、实验法、数理统计法、对比分析法等研究方法,试图通过探讨建立盲人足球运动听力训练方法的研究体系。第二部分是盲人足球运动的发展情况,首先介绍了盲人足球运动的特殊性,又对盲人足球运动在我国的发展做了阐述,最后概述了我国首支盲人足球队——青岛市盲人足球队从当初的建立到如今成长的发展历程,并对今后的方向作出了展望。第三部分是盲人足球运动的规则及运动分级,首先介绍了盲人足球运动的部分规则现状,又对盲人足球运动中的分级概念进行了解释,最后针对盲人足球运动现有规则进行了简单的讨论,进一步说明了听力训练在盲人足球运动中的重要性。第四部分是论文的重点,通过走访从事盲人足球运动教育和训练的专家,针对研究思路、研究方法、核心问题的归类、实验方法的运用等征求意见和建议,最后设计了五项听力训练对比实验,通过对实验组运动员进行有针对性的训练后,对实验组和对照组运动员进行测试,得出数据,通过对实验结果的数理统计分析证明了盲人足球运动进行听力训练是行之有效的。设计的五种训练方式对提高青岛市盲人足球队运动员的竞技水平有着很明显的效果,对促进五人制盲人足球运动训练和竞技水平的提高具有一定的意义和价值。论文的最后一部分是结论及展望。盲人足球运动在中国起步晚,训练方法单一,场地和训练器材都不够规范。听力训练能够有效提高盲人足球运动员的综合素质,能够加快运动员听从指令并执行教练员指令的反应速度。听力训练是盲人足球训练中不可缺少的部分。希望国家继续加大对残疾人的扶持,全社会关注残疾人体育,关注盲人足球运动在国内的发展。本论文的研究首次以地区性盲人足球队伍的发展和具体的训练方法为研究方向,获得了关于青岛市盲人足球队建设和发展情况的第一手资料,经过全面深入的探讨和研究,为今后青岛市盲人足球队的训练提供了理论支持,对促进盲人足球运动的发展有着一定的应用价值。
[Abstract]:China's five man football compared with western countries carried out late, although these years in our country, this project has made some achievements, but also received some positive, five man football in the process of development of our country, lack of systematic, advanced, scientific theory support, the lack of high quality high level coaches, team, training methods and techniques and related research is relatively weak, the development of our country's blind football is very unfavorable. This paper first elaborated the domestic and foreign research on blind football results, and then introduces the means and methods of experimental study, by comparing the experimental design of listening training. And the experimental results of statistical analysis, to find the effective method to improve the listening training level of football to the blind, to establish a scientific and feasible listening training blind football system. Chapter One part is about the study of China's five man football started late compared with western countries, the restriction of various hard conditions, Chinese blind soccer team won the runner up in the 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games, won the people's respect. But the domestic scholars study on five man football is not further, no system, through literature, survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and other research methods, attempts to explore the research system of setting up the blind football listening training method. The second part is the development of blind football, first introduced the particularity of blind football again, for the blind football development in China was expounded, and finally summarizes the China's first blind soccer team Qingdao blind soccer team from the original set up to now growth Development and Prospect of the future direction. The third part is the classification of sports rules and blind football, first introduced the present situation of the blind part of the rules of football, and explains the concept of classification blind football movement, finally has carried on the simple discussion for the blind football existing rules, further explained the importance of listening training in blind football. The fourth part is the key, through visits of experts engaged in blind football education and training, according to the research ideas, research methods, the core problem of the classification, the use of experimental methods to solicit opinions and suggestions, and finally the five listening experiment design, through the experimental group athletes targeted training, the experimental group and control group of athletes were tested, the data obtained by the mathematical statistics, the results of the experiment points Analysis proved that the blind football sports listening training is effective. Five training methods design has a very obvious effect on improving the athletes' blind soccer team of Qingdao city athletics level, is of great significance and value to promote a five man football training and competition level. The last part of the thesis is the conclusion and outlook. The blind football in China started late, the training method is single, venues and training equipment are not standardized. Listening training can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of blind football players, players can accelerate the reaction speed and execute instruction from listening to the coaches instruction. Listening training is an indispensable part of training. Blind football wants the state to continue to increase the attention of the whole society to support the disabled, disabled sports, pay attention to the development of blind football in China. This thesis first With the development of regional blind soccer team and specific training methods for the research direction, the city of Qingdao blind soccer team construction and development of the first hand data, through in-depth study and research, provide theoretical support for the future of Qingdao city blind football training, has a certain application value for to promote the development of blind football.
