上海市经营性篮球俱乐部的现状分析及对策研究

【摘要】：随着经济的发展和生活水平的逐步提高,人们的健身意识越来越强烈,人们对运动的需求也越来越高,经营性篮球俱乐部正是在这种氛围下应运而生。俱乐部的发展对提高人们生活质量和促进社会发展有重要作用。健身俱乐部的出现,能够增强群众体育健身意识、形成良好的生活方式以及提高生命质量,特别是对加强青少年体质有着重要的意义。近年来,仅在体育局注册的俱乐部成倍增长。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、数据统计法、访谈法对上海市部分经营性篮球俱乐部进行调查,通过实地走访调查发现,上海市经营性篮球俱乐部处于快速发展阶段,部分经营性篮球俱乐部已成规模,同时拥有众多的小型篮球俱乐部。本文通过对上海市经营性篮球俱乐部运营中的四个主要方面(管理人员、教练员、会员家长、会员)的调查研究,得出上海市经营性篮球俱乐部从俱乐部内部管理到俱乐部运营等方面需要完善,俱乐部需要加强运营管理、提高教学质量等途径切实推进俱乐部长远发展,为促进青少年体质健康,切实办好俱乐部提供理论支持和现实意义。研究结果:(1)上海市经营性篮球俱乐部的数量不断增加,规模相对较小的俱乐部数量较多。(2)上海市经营性篮球俱乐部管理人员的学历较高,工作态度较为积极。(3)上海市经营性篮球俱乐部教练员专业化程度较高、年轻且富有激情但尚缺少经验丰富的老教练。(4)在经营篮球俱乐部中参与篮球培训的学员以及学员的家长基本对篮球俱乐部持满意态度。(5)上海市经营性篮球俱乐部中管理人员、教练员、会员之间缺少有效沟通,缺乏统一管理。(6)上海部分经营性篮球俱乐部缺少办学资质,培训资源相对不足,部分俱乐部办学水平不高,缺少专业的管理人员和高水平教练员。(7)上海市在规范经营性篮球俱乐部方面的法律法规相对不够完善和不够健全,经营性篮球俱乐部在发展中缺少具体法律法规的规范和约束。建议:(1)上海市经营性篮球俱乐部内部建立行之有效的管理规章制度、奖惩制度。(2)上海市经营性篮球俱乐部可以通过多种方式进行融资,通过俱乐部资本的扩大不断提高办学水平,吸收高层次的管理人员,吸引高水平的教练员,从俱乐部的多个层面,提升俱乐部的培训资质。(3)上海市经营性篮球俱乐部要建立品牌战略,形成品牌文化,依靠品牌开拓市场。(4)上海市经营性篮球俱乐部要对俱乐部管理人员和教练员进行统一的培训与指导,定期的开展工作交流会,不断总结俱乐部的得失经验,为俱乐部的长远发展积累经验。(5)上海市经营性篮球俱乐部管理人员、教练员、与会员之间要建立有效沟通渠道,促进俱乐部内部、俱乐部与会员之间的沟通,在交流沟通中提升俱乐部的服务水平。(6)上海市经营性各篮球俱乐部之间应相互学习,互帮互助,共同迎接机遇和挑战,逐步建立行业规范。

Based on the four main aspects of Shanghai city business operators in the basketball club (managers, coaches, members of parents, members) investigation and study, obtained the management of basketball club in Shanghai city from within the club management to the club operations and other aspects need to be improved the club, the need to strengthen management, improve the quality of teaching and other ways to effectively promote the club long-term development, to promote the physical health of teenagers, and effectively run the club to provide theoretical support and practical significance.
