【摘要】:艺术体操项目从1963年进入到中国,几十年的发展历史,早已纳入高校体育教学课程并有统一的教材。在上世纪八十年代中后期,艺术体操在普及度上达到了顶峰。直到九十年代末,艺术体操开始渐渐下滑至跌入低谷,甚至在一些体育专业院校都停止开设这门课程。面对这个状况,值得每一个艺术体操实践者反思。艺术集体操是一项以徒手身体动作为主、用集体的形式呈现的新兴运动项目,作为一个徒手的集体项目,在编排中会有更多自由的空间,更容易根据练习群体的身体素质不同而改变动作的难易程度。艺术集体操作为艺术体操的一个拓展项目,在一定程度上弥补了艺术体操过于难,过于局限的缺陷,更利于在高校普及和推广。借鉴中国艺术体操的发展历史的背景,继而推广艺术集体操项目的发展。然而,若能够寻求到一种既能推广艺术集体操项目,反过来也促进扩大艺术体操的受众群体,这样的模式不仅起到了项目互相促进,互相发展,而且对艺术体操与艺术集体操项目的发展都具有重要理论指导和实践价值。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、统计分析法、教学实验法、逻辑归纳法等研究方法,从艺术集体操项目在国内外发展现状调研,并借鉴国外的推广模式,对如何在四川省高校推广艺术集体操项目的模式初步构建进行了探究。研究表明:1.艺术集体操为徒手的集体运动项目,徒手的难易程度可以随着大学生本身的身体基本功来改变,因此在高校发展的前景比较好,开展普及也比较容易。2.艺术集体操在艺术体操的基础上,弱化了艺术体操手持器械的难度,保留了艺术体操原有的艺术美,可以改变大众对艺术体操过于难,而一般大众无法参与的观念,提高了普及率。3.参加艺术集体操的训练有助于提高大学生欣赏水平、审美水平,培养大学生形象和气质,有利于培养社会全面型人才。4.通过高校艺术集体操推广实践,探索应从组织建设、规则标准、培训体系、竞赛体系、课程建设、宣传包装等方面来建构推广模式,为艺术集体操项目的普及与发展提供理论依据和实践指导。
[Abstract]:The rhythmic gymnastics project entered into China from 1963, decades of development history, has been included in the physical education curriculum in colleges and universities and has a unified teaching materials. -20s in the middle and late period. Rhythmic gymnastics reached its peak in popularity. By the end of 90s, rhythmic gymnastics began to slide to a low point, and even stopped offering the course in some sports colleges. It is worth reflecting on by every rhythmic gymnastics practitioner. Artistic collective gymnastics is a new sport item which is presented mainly by the body movements with bare hands and presented in the form of collectivity, as a collective project with bare hands. In the arrangement, there will be more free space, and it is easier to change the degree of difficulty according to the different physical quality of the practice group. The artistic collective operation is an expansion project of rhythmic gymnastics. To a certain extent, it makes up for the defects that rhythmic gymnastics is too difficult and too limited, which is more conducive to popularization and popularization in colleges and universities, and draw lessons from the background of the development history of Chinese rhythmic gymnastics. Then promote the development of artistic collective gymnastics. However, if we can find a kind of artistic collective gymnastics can promote the project, but also promote the expansion of the audience of rhythmic gymnastics. Such a model not only played a mutual promotion and development of the items, but also has important theoretical guidance and practical value for the development of rhythmic gymnastics and artistic collective gymnastics. Questionnaire survey, expert interview, statistical analysis, teaching experiment, logical induction and other research methods, from the art collective exercise project in the domestic and foreign development of the status quo, and learn from the foreign promotion model. This paper probes into how to construct the model of popularizing art collective exercises in Sichuan colleges and universities. The research shows that the artistic collective exercises are unarmed collective sports events. The degree of bare-handed difficulty can be changed with the basic physical skills of college students themselves, so the prospect of development in colleges and universities is better, and it is easier to carry out popularization. 2. The artistic collective gymnastics is based on rhythmic gymnastics. It weakens the difficulty of rhythmic gymnastics handheld instruments, and retains the original artistic beauty of rhythmic gymnastics, which can change the public's idea that rhythmic gymnastics is too difficult for the general public to participate in. Improve the popularization rate .3.Participate in the training of art group exercises helps to improve the level of appreciation of college students, aesthetic level, and cultivate the image and temperament of college students. It is beneficial to cultivate all-round talents of society. Through popularizing the practice of art collective exercise in colleges and universities, the author probes into the following aspects: organizational construction, rules and standards, training system, competition system, curriculum construction. Publicity and packaging to construct the promotion model for the popularization and development of the art collective exercise project to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance.
