【摘要】:伴随着我国经济的不断发展,人民的生活水平也在逐步提升,每个人对于高质量生活所追求的方向也在潜移默化的发生改变,对自我健康的关注将逐步取代对物质条件的完善。个人身体健康在幸福指数中所占的比例大大提高。“康健的体魄是追求幸福的前提和保障”的观念被越来越多的人所接受。与此同时,我国在体育教育方向的改革也在同时进行,逐步完善了从思想观念、指导手段、学习内容、考核标准及评级体系等各方面。教学指导思想从以往专注于知识掌握和技能培养逐步过渡至对人的健身观念及对终身体育意识的培养,贯彻”以人为本”的思想,将个人的实际需要与学校体育教育紧密的结合,真正的实现学以致用、学而有用、学而会用。当前有关体育教学方法的研究很多,网球教学中也出现了很多在实践中研究体育教学方法的实验论证对比研究。在这样的背景下,大家都在寻求一种可以真正在教学中完全体现学生主体地位的教学方法。传统的网球教学方法是在以往的理论和实践的基础上从易到难、从简单到复杂、逐步过渡循序渐进的向学生灌输式的方法。比赛教学方法是一种改变传统的教学顺序,充分调动学生积极性,在愉悦、有趣的学习氛围中掌握运动技能,强调以培养学生合作意识、竞争意识为主要目的的教学方法。这种方法将完全放开传统教学思想的束缚,充分发挥学生自主学习的积极性,以赛代学、以赛带练。所以说将比赛法应用于网球教学中是一次大胆的尝试。本篇论文通过设计实验组和对照组,分别使用比赛法和顺序教学法分别实施网球教学,通过对得出数据的分析研究得出以下结论:一、传统教学法指导下的学生在单项技术掌握方面要优于比赛法,但在对技术的实际运用及比赛能力方面,比赛教学法表现更为优异。二、比赛教学法对学生的运动兴趣的培养以及对学生参与体育锻炼的积极性的激发方面表现的更为有效;比赛教学法可以更好的培养学生的自我学习意识,激发其学习网球知识和技能的求知欲望,课下参与网球运动的积极性更高,更有利于对其终身体育意识的培养。三、比赛教学法更有利于培养学生的合作意识及社会适应能力。学生更乐意和其他人去进行交流探讨从而共同进步。

Personal health for happiness index has increased. "A healthy body is the premise and guarantee of the pursuit of happiness" concept is accepted by more and more people. At the same time, China's reform in the direction of physical education at the same time, gradually perfect from the ideological concept, guiding methods, learning content, the evaluation criteria and rating system. The guiding ideology of teaching knowledge to master the skills and gradually transition to the concept of fitness and the training of lifelong sports consciousness from the previous focus, implement the "people-oriented", and the school will actually need individual body Combining the education practice closely, really, to learn and learn useful, and will use a lot. The current study on teaching methods of physical education, also appeared in a lot of research on sports teaching of tennis teaching method in practice demonstrated a comparative study. In this context, we are looking for a really in the teaching fully reflect the students' subject status of tennis teaching methods. The traditional teaching method is based on the theory and practice of the past from easy to difficult, from simple to complex, gradual transition gradual indoctrination methods to the students. The game teaching method is a kind of changing the traditional teaching order, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students and in pleasure, mastering athletic skills and interesting learning environment, emphasize to cultivate students' cooperative consciousness, competition consciousness is the main purpose of teaching method. This method will be fully liberalized the traditional teaching thought To fetter, give full play to students' enthusiasm for learning, to race, competition with training. So the application method in the teaching of tennis game is a bold attempt. This article through the design of the experimental group and control group, respectively, using the game method and the order of teaching are teaching by Shi Wangqiu. On the analysis of research data the following conclusions: first, under the guidance of the traditional teaching method of the students in the individual skills is superior to the competition law, but in the actual use of technology and competition ability, the game teaching method is more excellent performance. Two, cultivate interest in sports teaching on the students and excited the enthusiasm of students to participate in physical exercise performance is more effective; can better cultivate students' awareness of self learning game teaching method, arouse their learning knowledge and skills of the tennis class participation desire for knowledge Tennis is more active and more conducive to the cultivation of lifelong sports consciousness. Three, competition teaching method is more conducive to training students' sense of cooperation and social adaptability. Students are more willing to communicate with others and explore common progress.
