【摘要】：本论文以乌鲁木齐市健身俱乐部私人教练为研究对象,采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、比较分析法,主要目的在于了解乌鲁木齐市健身俱乐部和私人教练的基本状况,同时结合地方经济、社会的发展对本地区私人教练的供求关系进行探讨,以期能够为乌鲁木齐健身俱乐部私人教练的长期发展提供合理化分析及建议,为新疆健身产业的研究做理论补充。通过研究得出以下结论:1、乌鲁木齐市健身俱乐部经营的课程项目大致相同,缺乏特色项目,服务质量有待提高。2、乌鲁木齐市健身俱乐部私人教练以年轻男性为主体,从业时间较短,从业经验不足;本科学历层次人数较多。3、乌鲁木齐市健身俱乐部私人教练的月均收入的跨度比较大,大部分在4001-6000元之间。4、乌鲁木齐市健身俱乐部私人教练大部分是体育院校毕业从事健身私人教练工作;比较重视实际的操作能力及自己的健身形象,轻视健身理论知识的学习。5、乌鲁木齐市健身私人教练以国家健身指导员资格证书和亚洲体适能职业资格证书为主体。6、乌鲁木齐市健身会员以男性会员为主,整体年龄偏小;会员的学历层次比较高,以本科学历为主;其中以中高等收入为主,个体户居多。7、乌鲁木齐市健身私人教练的发展前景广阔。8、高等院校培养的体育毕业生尚不能满足健身俱乐部的需要。针对以上分析提出以下建议:1、加强女性健身私人教练的培养,使男女性比例能够均衡发展,以满足健身会员不同的健身需求。2、乌鲁木齐市俱乐部管理者应有意识的提高私人健身教练对健身理论知识的学习,遏止重实践轻理论现象,注重私教的全方位发展。3、统一健身私人教练的审核标准,要求私教必须持证上岗。4、整合私教培训机构,规范健身市场为健身私人教练的可持续发展,应当取缔不符合条件的培训机构。邀请亚洲运动及体适能专业学院和中国健美协会定期来乌鲁木齐市进行教练培训。5、新疆高等体育院校培养体育人才课程设置应与社会市场需要一致。6、乌鲁木齐市政府可与新闻媒体积极推广全民健身运动,提高大家的健身热情,提高对健身私人教练的认识,还能扩大私教市场。
