【摘要】：NBA是全球范围内运作最成功的篮球职业联赛,几乎囊括了全世界最优秀的球员。美国本土球员绝大多数来自NCAA篮球联赛,证明NCAA篮球联赛在培养职业球员方面是足够成功的,而NCAA健全的保障体系是NCAA成功运作的基石。在中国也有一个类似的高校篮球联赛,即CUBA,自1996年创建以来,CUBA在发展学校体育,丰富大学生校园生活,传播篮球文化,向职业联赛输送篮球人才做出了很大贡献,从职业球员培养这个方面来看,基于中国运动员特殊的模式及经济基础还不够雄厚的情况下,CUBA联赛仍然为CBA联赛输送了一些优秀球员。从总体方面看,CUBA联赛在球员的招生、学习、训练,球队建设,以及CUBA联赛整体运营方面的保障远远不够,在不完善的体系下,CUBA仍然在推动学校体育事业的发展,如果能够有NCAA一样完善的保障体系,CUBA也能成为集学校体育与职业球员培养于一体的优质联赛。本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法、对比分析法以保障体系的角度分析CUBA联赛与NCAA篮球联赛在球员招生、文化科学教育、训练、球队建设,以及联赛组织管理等方面存在的差异和差距,为CUBA联赛的发展提供一些参考。本文的结论和创新点如下。1.CBUA联赛是成功的,有必要给予更多的肯定和关注,在高校传播篮球文化,丰富校园文化,发展学校体育等方面有一定的积极影响,培养职业运动员方面欠缺一些。在今后的发展过程中,可以尝试将各年龄段的球员组织到学校系统内进训练、比赛,实现竞技体育人才培养和学校体育融合的构想。2.CUBA联赛大学生球员的招生没有统一的标准,也没有相关的监管部门,各个高校在招生方面形式各异。而一个健全的联赛体系必须有严格的规程,并有监管部门保证相应的法规和准则能够顺利实施,保证系统内的公平公正。3.CUBA联赛的球员进入高校后学籍管理和科学文化学习没有合理的保障,NCAA联赛强调大学生运动员的身份首先是学生,与其他学生的要求完全一样,成绩合格才有资格参加比赛,CUBA球员会因为参加联赛而得到特殊对待,相应的降低了学生的文化学习要求,对大学生球员个人发展不利。4.CUBA联赛球员进入高校后的训练、比赛得不到完善的保障,训练时间和比赛偏少,且各队之间的差异非常大。相应的训练条件与专业性也要差得多,几乎没有私人训练,球员训练的主观能能动性较差,教练员层面差别较大。不能保证有天赋的球员获得最好的发展。5.球队团队建设层面明显不足,后勤保障也差别比较大,具体表现在训练设备,运动员饮食,医疗以及球队运营资金等方面。6.CUBA联赛在体制建设和运营管理等方面与NCAA相比不够成熟,具体表现在管理层职责划分不明确,并缺乏相应的约束机制。此外,整个联赛的推广和财政保障存在巨大差距。
[Abstract]:NBA is the most successful professional basketball league in the world, almost including the best players in the world. The vast majority of native American players come from the NCAA Basketball League. Proved that the NCAA basketball league in the training of professional players is enough success, and the NCAA sound guarantee system is the cornerstone of the successful operation of NCAA. In China, there is a similar college basketball league. Cuba, since its establishment in 1996, has made great contributions to the development of school sports, the enrichment of college students' campus life, the dissemination of basketball culture, and the transportation of basketball talents to professional leagues. From the point of view of professional player training, based on the special mode of Chinese athletes and the economic base is not strong enough under the circumstances. The CUBA league still has some excellent players for the CBA league. Overall, Cuba league players recruit, study, train and build teams. As well as the overall operation of the CUBA league is far from enough, in the imperfect system Cuba is still promoting the development of school sports, if there is a NCAA as the perfect security system. CUBA can also become a high quality league that integrates school sports and professional player training. This paper uses literature, interview and mathematical statistics. The comparative analysis of the CUBA league and the NCAA basketball league in the player recruitment, cultural and scientific education, training, team construction in the perspective of the security system. As well as the differences and gaps in league organization and management, for the development of CUBA league to provide some reference. The conclusions and innovations of this paper are as follows: 1. CBUA league is successful. It is necessary to give more affirmation and attention to the spread of basketball culture in colleges and universities, enrich campus culture, the development of school sports and other aspects have a certain positive impact. In the future, we can try to organize players of all ages into the school system to train and compete. Realization of competitive sports talent training and school sports integration concept. 2. Cuba league players enrollment there is no unified standards, and there are no relevant regulatory authorities. Each university has different forms of enrollment. A sound league system must have strict regulations and regulatory authorities to ensure that the corresponding laws and regulations can be implemented smoothly. Ensure the fairness and justice of the system. 3. Cuba league players after entering the university student status management and scientific and cultural learning there is no reasonable guarantee that the NCAA league emphasizes that the status of college student athletes is the first student. As with other students' requirements, Cuba players will receive special treatment because of their participation in the league, which will reduce the students' cultural learning requirements. Cuba league players after entering colleges and universities training, the game can not be fully guaranteed, training time and competition is less. 4. And the difference between the teams is very big. The corresponding training conditions and professionalism are much worse, there is almost no private training, the subjective activity of player training is poor. Coach level differences. Can not guarantee the best development of talented players .5.The team team building level is obviously inadequate, logistics support is also quite different, the specific performance in training equipment, athletes diet. 6. Cuba league is not mature compared with NCAA in terms of system construction and operation management, and the specific performance is that the division of responsibilities of management is not clear. In addition, there is a huge gap in the promotion and financial guarantee of the whole league.
