体育院校运动训练专业游泳专修课程设置优化研究

【摘要】:体育院校的游泳专修课程作为运动训练专业的主干术科课程之一,在我国的体育院校术科教学中的地位十分重要,其游泳教学大纲是游泳专修课程设置情况的具体体现。本文通过对我国10所高等体育院校运动训练专业游泳专修的课程设置(教学大纲)进行比较和分析,以在各高等体育院校一线从事游泳教学的专家为问卷调查对象,并将这两部分材料所得的数据作为分析对象,以SPSS 16.0软件为数据处理工具,体育相关科学研究方法,对考核与评价以及教材等方面的现状进行分析和研究,提出优化体育院校运动训练专业游泳专修课程设置的优化办法。旨在为院校游泳专项人才的培养提供一定的理论依据和提高院校运动训练专业的游泳专修课程的教学质量。研究结果表明:一、十所高等体育院校运训专业游泳专修课课程的优化势在必行。二、游泳专修课程设置过多的教学内容,导致教学过程中重点不突出,教学任务难以完成。为改变这种情况,通过专家问卷调查结果合理划分出教学内容中主体与扩展部分内容,为游泳任课教师在选择教学内容,突出教学重点提供理论参考。三、十所高等体育院校运动训练专业游泳专修课课程的优化应从教学目标、课程教学内容、教学时数、考核评价、教学用书五个方面入手进行优化改革设置。四、十所体育院校运动训练专业游泳专修课程设置的优化建议还有待实践的进一步检验。
[Abstract]:As one of the main courses in sports training major, the swimming specialized course in physical education colleges plays an important role in the teaching of sports colleges and universities in our country. The swimming teaching syllabus is the concrete embodiment of the swimming specialized courses. This paper compares and analyzes the courses (syllabus) of the swimming specialties in 10 sports colleges and universities in China. Taking the experts who are engaged in swimming teaching in various physical education colleges as the objects of questionnaire, taking the data obtained from these two parts as the analysis object, taking the software SPSS 16.0 as the data processing tool. Sports related scientific research methods, assessment and evaluation as well as teaching materials and other aspects of the status of analysis and research. This paper puts forward the optimized method of optimizing the swimming specialized courses of sports training major in physical education colleges, aiming at providing certain theoretical basis for the training of specialized swimming talents in colleges and universities and improving the swimming specialized courses of sports training major in colleges and universities. Secondly, the excessive teaching content of swimming specialized courses leads to the lack of emphasis in the teaching process. The teaching task is difficult to complete. In order to change this situation, the main body and the expanded part of the teaching content are reasonably divided by the result of the expert questionnaire, so that the teachers of swimming course are choosing the teaching content. Three, ten sports colleges and universities should optimize the swimming course of sports training specialty from the teaching goal, the teaching content, the teaching hours, the examination and evaluation. Four and ten sports colleges and universities of sports training major swimming courses to optimize the proposal to be further tested by practice.
