【摘要】：本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、观察法、数理统计等研究方法,通过对乌鲁木齐市高校武术社团的组织管理体制、社团成立的时间、社团名称、对内对外的交流活动、场地设施、经费投入、师资和社团成员构成等方面的真实状况进行分析,针对武术社团在发展中存在的问题提出一系列对策和建议,以完善武术社团在高校的作用与功能,使其在体育教育和校园文化建设等方面的作用得以实现,为武术社团在乌鲁木齐市高校的科学管理和稳步发展提供借鉴和参考。研究结果表明:(1)乌鲁木齐市高校的学生武术社团组建程序非常简单,规章制度不够完善,社团成员对章程认识不够,社团负责人的数量不足,活动计划不够明确,执行力度需要加强。(2)乌鲁木齐市高校的武术社团成立时间相对较晚,各个体系不够成熟,发展缓慢,社团名称简单,影响力太小。(3)管理组织督促能力不强,社团成员习练次数和习练时间不能得到保障。(4)学校对武术社团重视程度不够,能批下来的室内训练场地不足,提供给社团的器械不够。(5)各高校武术社团间交流次数太少,导致社团成员视野狭窄、技术封闭。(6)学校能够扶持的经费有限,武术社团日常的开销基本依赖为数不多的会费,经费来源渠道狭隘。指导教师人数不足,专项水平总体不高,责任心不强。(7)理论教学缺乏,教学方法单一,指导教师不能做到与时俱进。(8)入社成员技术普遍低,很多没有武术功底,武术社团后备人才不足,男女比例失调,民族分布不均衡。针对以上问题提出的可行性建议:(1)完善武术社团规章制度,加强执行力度,提高负责人的数量、质量。(2)勇于创新,结合实际科学管理,有机运作,扩大社团的影响力。(3)增加社团成员练习的时间和频率,加强教师使命感。(4)学校应加大扶持力度,提供场地、器械,为社团各项活动的顺利开展提供“绿色通道”。(5)加强各高校间联盟,以武会友,促进资源共享,以便取长补短。(6)学校应提高重视及时给予资金保障,社团内部应拓宽经费来源渠道,勇于走出校园,实现自我“造血功能”。(7)聘请高水平、高素质的教练员,重理论抓技术,推陈出新,对于少数民族学生尽量实行双语教学。(8)增强社团凝聚力,建立武术社团在高校中的威信,平衡性别、民族,注重后备人才培养。

According to the above question put forward the feasibility suggestion: 1) perfect martial arts association rules and regulations, strengthen the enforcement dynamics, increase the number of responsible persons. Quality. 2) innovating, combining with actual scientific management, organically operating, expanding the influence of the community. 3) increasing the time and frequency of the club members' practice. To strengthen teachers' sense of mission, schools should strengthen support, provide venues and instruments, and provide "green channels" for the smooth development of various activities of the community.
