北京体育大学游泳教师与专项学生应用游泳科研成果的研究

【摘要】:在60年代初,我们的体育工作者通过不懈的努力,取得了丰富的成果。解决了当时一些比较棘手的问题,例如足球的过度训练,乒乓球的多球训练等。从而使这两个项目的训练更加科学化。到了八十年代,我国乒乓球、女排游泳、举重、体操等项目已经冲出亚洲,走向世界,在第二十三届奥运会上取得5枚金牌,这与我们的体育科研人员取得的成果是密不可分的,同时这也是科研成果应用推广成功的典范。本文以游泳项目为例,从教学与训练的实际出发,调查目前游泳科研成果应用的效果以及应用的方式,了解目前游泳科研成果的应用情况,为今后的应用性研究奠定一定的基础。本文采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对北京体育大学游泳专项教师与学生应用游泳科研成果的效果,应用成果的方式、获取途径等方面进行研究,主要得出以下结论:1.北京体育大学游泳教师与专项学生获得游泳科研成果的途径比较多。其中最为主要的途径是网络。2.游泳教师主要有五种应用科研成果的方式,其中游泳教师与专项学生最为普遍的应用方式是直接应用游泳科研成果教学或训练方法。3.游泳教师在教学课中应用游泳科研成果,从高到低排序依次是四种泳姿的教学方法类、游泳辅助器材类、游泳的教学视频类。在训练课中应用的科研成果依次是游泳技术训练类、游泳训练器械类、游泳训练的原则类、游泳技术分析与比赛视频类。4.游泳科研成果应用到教学中的目的是改善学生的技术,提高学生学习游泳的积极性,以及使学生喜欢游泳。在训练应用的目的是提高学生训练的积极性,以及比赛成绩。5.教师在教学课中应用的效果表现为学生上课的积极性提高,对游泳产生浓厚的兴趣,游泳技术得到了改善。在训练课中应用效果表现为学生的体能水平提高,比赛成绩得到了提高。游泳专项学生在教学课中应用的效果表现为学员的技术明显改善,在训练课中应用的效果表现为体能水平得到提高,比赛成绩得到了提高。6.教师评价科研成果应用效果的方式是期末考试、学生的比赛成绩以及学生的技术动作表现,游泳专项学生评价的方式是学员的结业测试、学员的比赛成绩、学员的技术动作表现,家长与学员的反馈。7.教师选取游泳科研成果应用效果的评价主体是班级里的学生、自己。
[Abstract]:In early 60s, our sportsmen made a lot of efforts to solve some of the thornier problems of the time, such as football overtraining. In 80s, China's table tennis, women's volleyball swimming, weightlifting, gymnastics and other events have rushed out of Asia, towards the world. In the 23th Olympic Games, we won 5 gold medals, which is inseparable from the achievements of our sports researchers, and it is also a successful example of the application of scientific research achievements. This paper takes swimming as an example. Based on the practice of teaching and training, this paper investigates the application effect and method of the present swimming scientific research achievement, and finds out the application situation of the current swimming scientific research achievement. This paper uses questionnaire survey, literature, mathematical statistics, expert interviews and other research methods. This paper studies the effect of the application of swimming scientific research achievements, the way of application, and the ways of obtaining the results of swimming special teachers and students in Beijing physical Education University. The main conclusions are as follows:. 1. There are many ways for swimming teachers and special students of Beijing physical Education University to obtain scientific research achievements in swimming. Among them, the most important way is network .2.Swimming teachers mainly have five ways of applying scientific research results. Swimming teachers and special students are the most common way to use swimming research results teaching or training methods .3.Swimming teachers in the teaching of the application of swimming scientific research results. The order from high to low is four swimming posture teaching methods, swimming auxiliary equipment, swimming teaching video class. The scientific research achievements applied in training class are swimming technical training class, swimming training equipment class in turn. Swimming training principles, swimming technology analysis and competition video class .4.Swimming scientific research results applied to teaching the purpose is to improve students' skills, improve the enthusiasm of students to learn swimming. And make students like swimming. The purpose of training application is to improve the enthusiasm of students' training, as well as the result of competition .5.The effect of teachers' application in teaching class is the improvement of students' enthusiasm in class. The swimming technique has been improved. The application effect in the training class is the improvement of the students' physical ability. The results of the competition were improved. The effect of swimming special students in the teaching class showed that the students' technology was obviously improved, and the effect of the application in the training class was the improvement of the physical ability level. 6. Teachers evaluate the application of scientific research results in the final examination, students' results and the performance of students' technical action. 6. The evaluation method of swimming special students is the completion test of the students, the result of the students' competition, and the performance of the students' technical action. Feedback from parents and cadets. The teacher chooses the students in the class to evaluate the application effect of scientific research achievements in swimming.
