太极拳运动对长春市公务员心理压力影响的实验研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国的政府职能正在不断完善,公务员作为政府行政管理良性运作的中坚力量,面临着前所未有的心理压力。公务人员心理压力过大,不仅会影响个人身心健康,还会一定程度上影响政府的行政效能。因此,开展对公务员的心理压力状况的研究是有必要的。太极拳作为增强人的体能、预防疾病发生的积极手段之一,其健身功能早已得到证实,而太极拳的健心功能还没有被人们深刻认识,至于太极拳对职业人群心理压力的影响,相关的研究更是少之又少。因此,太极拳能否作为促进心理健康的手段,缓解我国公务员心理压力,值得我们去探索。本研究在参阅文献的基础上,结合访谈结果,对公务员心理压力的压力源和压力反应进行分析,选定调查问卷,并在长春市2014年市委党校公务员进修班选取60名公务员作为实验对象。向其发放SCL-90心理自我评价量表进行问卷调查与分析,并进行为期两个月的太极拳教学实验干预,对太极拳与公务员心理压力的关系进行了调查研究。通过对实验结果的分析,本研究得到结论如下:1依据对前后两次症状自评量表的数据与分析,结果表明公务员通过两个月的太极拳练习,躯体化因子,人际关系敏感因子,偏执因子在练习太极拳前后发生明显变化,三项因子P0.05,具有显著性意义。抑郁、焦虑两项因子P0.01,具有非常显著性意义。2通过对前后两次的症状自评量表的数据与分析,强迫因子,敌对因子,恐怖因子及精神病症因子在实验前后没有显著性差异。根据症状自评量表的常模分析,敌对、强迫、恐怖、精神病性四项因子的数值变动属于正常范围,因此很难判断练习太极拳对其是否有显著性影响。3经过两个月的太极拳练习,公务员头痛、呼吸系统、妄想、活力丧失等症状人数明显消除或减轻,说明太极拳运动对缓解公务员心理压力所产生的身体不适具有积极作用。公务员在工作、生活中的积极情绪明显增多,大大提高其工作效率的同时也保证其生活质量。4通过对男、女公务员前后两次的症状自评量表的数据与分析,太极拳运动对改善男性公务员躯体化、人际关系敏感和抑郁上有显著效果。对改善女性公务员躯体化、焦虑、抑郁和偏执上有积极的促进作用。5通过两个月的太极拳练习后,公务员的身心症状发生了显著性的变化,这种变化对公务员的工作与生活上有一定的影响。生活中消极情绪转化为积极情绪表现明显,乐观的生活态度在这类人群中有所显现,通过数据分析也充分的说明,练习太极拳能使人在知、意、行上有所改变。
[Abstract]:In recent years, our government functions are constantly improving, civil servants, as the backbone of the benign operation of government administration, are facing unprecedented psychological pressure. It will not only affect the physical and mental health of individuals, but also affect the administrative effectiveness of the government to some extent. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the research on the psychological stress of civil servants. One of the positive means to prevent the occurrence of disease, its fitness function has been proved, and Taijiquan health heart function has not been deeply recognized, as for the Taijiquan on the psychological pressure of the professional population. Therefore, whether Taijiquan can be used as a means to promote mental health, ease the psychological pressure of our civil servants, is worth exploring. This study is based on the literature. Based on the results of interviews, this paper analyzes the stress sources and stress responses of civil servants, and selects the questionnaire. In 2014, 60 civil servants were selected from the civil servants' advanced class of the party school of the party committee of Changchun city as the experimental object. The questionnaire survey and analysis were carried out with the SCL-90 psychological self-evaluation scale. Two months of Taijiquan teaching experiment intervention was conducted to investigate the relationship between Taijiquan and the psychological pressure of civil servants. The conclusion of this study is as follows: 1. According to the data and analysis of the symptom Checklist before and after two times, the results show that civil servants through two months of Taijiquan exercise, somatization factor, interpersonal sensitivity factor. The paranoid ideation factor changed obviously before and after practicing Taijiquan, three factors P0.05, with significant significance. Depression, anxiety two factors P0.01. There was a very significant .2 through the data and analysis of the symptom checklist twice before and after, compulsive factors, and hostility factors. There was no significant difference between phobic factor and mental disorder factor before and after the experiment. According to the norm analysis of SCL-90, the changes of the four factors of hostility, compulsion, terror and psychosis belong to the normal range. Therefore, it is difficult to judge whether the exercise of Taijiquan has a significant impact on it. 3 after two months of Taijiquan exercise, the number of symptoms such as headache, respiratory system, delusion, loss of vitality and so on has been significantly eliminated or alleviated. It shows that Taijiquan exercise has a positive effect on relieving the physical discomfort caused by psychological pressure of civil servants. The positive emotions of civil servants in their work and life have increased obviously. Greatly improve their work efficiency, but also ensure their quality of life .4 through the male and female civil servants before and after the two symptom checklist data and analysis, Taijiquan exercise to improve the somatization of male civil servants. There were significant effects on interpersonal sensitivity and depression. 5 after two months of Taijiquan practice, there was a positive promoting effect on improving female civil servants' somatization, anxiety, depression and paranoid ideation. The physical and mental symptoms of civil servants have a significant change, this change has a certain impact on the work and life of civil servants. Optimistic attitude in this kind of people, through the data analysis is also fully explained, the practice of Taijiquan can make people in the knowledge, meaning, behavior change.
