现代竞技运动参与对昆明市高校大学生体育意识的影响研究

【摘要】：昆明是中国西南地域政治、经济、文化的中心和国际旅游型城市,目前,昆明城市处于快速发展时期。但是,昆明地区高校高等教育相对于全国来说还比较落后,昆明的教育需要稳步快速的发展,现代竞技运动项目是高校校本体育课程的重要组成部分,现代竞技运动比赛活动为高校学生创造了一种校园体育氛围,对大学生的体育意识具有影响作用,对他们的体育行为具有引导作用。在现代竞技运动中,通过统一的组织和运动规则,能让高校大学生逐渐形成“健康第一”的观念,引导他们去参加一些体育运动和锻炼;从中能够培养学生顽强拼搏、团结协作、公平竞争、遵纪守法等体育精神和道德品质。研究现代竞技运动对昆明地区大学生的体育意识及其体育行为的影响,对提高昆明地区高等教育质量具有极为重要的现实意义。本文在运用体育学、社会学、心理学、管理学等相关理论基础之上,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,以云南师范大学、云南财经大学、云南民族大学、昆明理工大学为调查对象,研究现代竞技运动参与对大学生体育意识的影响。在借鉴专家和学者研究的基础上,对体育意识、体育行为、竞技运动的相关概念进行了梳理,对昆明市高等院校大学生体育意识的现状进行调查分析,运用单因素方差分析及多重比较进一步研究现代竞技运动参与对大学生体育意识的影响,并通过现代竞技运动参与对大学生体育意识的影响的相关分析,最后得出结论并提出相应的对策。研究结果表明,现代竞技运动参与对昆明市大学生的体育意识的影响比较大,在体育情感方面,男生的得分很明显地高于女生,而在体育运动本对昆明市大学生体育动机的影响方面来看,影响是非常全面的,具体体现在他们更倾向于更意通过体育活动来强身健体,充实生活,缓解生活和学习上的压力,丰富社会交往。现代竞技运动参与和体育意识存在密切的相关关系,说明昆明市大学生的参与程度越高,体育意识也越好。其中体育认知、体育情感、体育动机、体育兴趣都存在显著的相关关系,现代竞技运动的直接参与与体育动机的相关关系要弱一些,间接参与与体育动机的相关关系要弱一些,相关系数为0.197,相比其他项,两者之间的关系密切度较低。
[Abstract]:Kunming is the center of politics, economy, culture and international tourism in southwest China. At present, Kunming is in a period of rapid development. Higher education in Kunming is still relatively backward compared with the whole country. The education in Kunming needs steady and rapid development. Modern competitive sports is an important part of the school-based physical education curriculum in colleges and universities. Modern competitive sports activities for college students to create a campus sports atmosphere, has an impact on the sports awareness of college students, to their sports behavior has a guiding role. In modern sports. Through unified organization and sports rules, college students can gradually form the concept of "health first", leading them to participate in some sports and exercise; It can cultivate the sports spirit and moral quality of students, such as tenacious struggle, unity and cooperation, fair competition, abiding by law and discipline, and study the influence of modern competitive sports on the sports consciousness and sports behavior of college students in Kunming area. It is of great practical significance to improve the quality of higher education in Kunming. Based on the theory of sports sociology psychology management and other related theories this paper adopts the method of literature and questionnaire. Mathematical statistics and other research methods, with Yunnan normal University, Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, Yunnan University of nationalities, Kunming University of Science and Technology as the object of investigation. Based on the research of experts and scholars, this paper combs the related concepts of sports consciousness, sports behavior and competitive sports. This paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of college students' sports consciousness in Kunming, and further studies the influence of modern competitive sports participation on college students' sports consciousness by means of single factor variance analysis and multiple comparisons. Through the analysis of the influence of modern competitive sports participation on college students' sports consciousness, the conclusion is drawn and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The participation of modern competitive sports has a great influence on the sports consciousness of college students in Kunming. In the aspect of sports emotion, the scores of boys are obviously higher than that of girls. And in the sports of Kunming University students' sports motivation, the impact is very comprehensive, the specific manifestation is that they are more inclined to through sports activities to strengthen physical fitness, enrich life. Modern competitive sports participation and sports awareness has a close correlation, indicating that the higher the degree of participation of college students in Kunming. Sports awareness is also better. Among them, sports cognition, sports emotion, sports motivation, sports interest have significant correlation relationship, the direct participation of modern competitive sports and sports motivation is weaker. The correlation between indirect participation and sports motivation is weaker, the correlation coefficient is 0.197, compared with other items, the relationship between the two is lower.
