廊坊市普通高校排球运动发展瓶颈的研究

【摘要】：近年来随着我国高校教育体制改革的不断深入和完善，全国普通高校体育运动开展逐渐成熟和完善。排球运动作为“三大球”之一的项目在我国普通高校发展逐渐成熟，各高校开展排球运动越来越普及，同时也深受广大体育教师和学生的好评。现如今我国高校中学生们主要是以足球，篮球或者排球这三项大球运动为体育运动的主要组成部分，在我国各个高校的体育课程与课外体育活动中具有特别重要的地位。我国在相关政策法规中也有相对应的文件出台，1986年国家教育部和国家体育总局的前身也就是原国家教委与原国家体委就联合颁布了《关于开展课余体育训练，提高学校体育运动技术水平的规划》的文件，这一文件自颁布到实施了18年以来，我国高校的学校体育工作，体育教学以及学生参与学校体育运动的积极性不断提高，在一定领域和成就上取得了较为理想的改善和突破。第二十七届雅典奥运会中国女排完成大逆转夺得冠军再一次掀起了全国参与排球运动的热情，同时也鼓舞了众多高校参与排球运动的积极性。目前，我国体育事业正走在三大球复兴的道路中，而排球运动作为我国传统优势项目必须要担起这份责任。学校排球运动在排球运动可持续发展中具有关键作用，特别是高校排球运动发展的情况和解决发展中的瓶颈是发展我国普通高校排球运动的重中之重。此次研究运用了问卷调查法，对廊坊市内5所高校排球教师和在校学生发放问卷。分别对这几所普通高校较为资深的排球教师进行访谈，相对应结合实地考察的办法进行大量的走访，问卷中的问题和排球运动开展的现状做进一步深入探讨与补充，得到了廊坊市部分普通高校课余活动、排球教学、比赛开展等现状的真实资料。通过数据分析和调查研究，结果显示：廊坊市部分高校排球运动开展存在一些瓶颈因素，学生很少关注校排球运动发展，排球教师的科研水平有待提升，，高校中参加排球运动的同学的人数和参加的频率都很低。但总体排球氛较好，教师年龄分布均匀，场地设施基本能满足排球运动的开展需求。加强校园排球的宣传，高校领导的参与与重视会使得廊坊市高校排球运动得到健康长久的发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the reform of the educational system in colleges and universities in China, the reform has been deepening and improving. Volleyball, as one of the "three big balls", is gradually maturing in Chinese universities and colleges, and volleyball is becoming more and more popular in colleges and universities. At the same time also by the majority of physical education teachers and students praise. Nowadays, the middle school students in our country mainly take football, basketball or volleyball as the main component of sports. Physical education curriculum and extracurricular sports activities in various colleges and universities in our country has a particularly important position. Our country in the relevant policies and regulations are also issued the corresponding documents. The enthusiasm of physical education teaching and students participating in school sports has been improved constantly. At the same time, it has encouraged the enthusiasm of many colleges and universities to participate in volleyball. At present, the sports cause of our country is on the road of three big balls rejuvenation. Volleyball as a traditional advantage of our country must take up this responsibility. School volleyball plays a key role in the sustainable development of volleyball. In particular, the development of volleyball in colleges and universities and how to solve the bottleneck in the development are the most important points in the development of volleyball in colleges and universities in China. In this study, questionnaire was used to distribute questionnaires to volleyball teachers and students in 5 universities in Langfang city. Interviews were conducted among the senior volleyball teachers in these colleges and universities. Corresponding to the method of field investigation a large number of visits, questionnaire and volleyball development of the status quo to further explore and supplement, got some ordinary colleges and universities in Langfang after-school activities, volleyball teaching. Through data analysis and investigation, the results show that there are some bottleneck factors in the development of college volleyball in Langfang, and students pay little attention to the development of school volleyball. Volleyball teachers' scientific research level needs to be improved, the number and frequency of students participating in volleyball sports in colleges and universities are very low, but the overall volleyball atmosphere is better, and the age distribution of teachers is even. The site and facilities can basically meet the needs of volleyball sports, strengthen the campus volleyball publicity, the participation and attention of university leaders will make Langfang university volleyball sports to get a healthy and long-term development.
