河北省民办本科高校自卫防身术课程优化研究

【摘要】:民办本科高校作为普通本科高校的子群体和培养高素质人才的摇篮,近几年随着自主招生范围的扩大,学生人数众多。大学生因安全意识差,自卫防身能力缺失导致坐车失踪、遇害、外出遇险等新闻屡屡见报,大学生安全问题影响到他们的学习、生活和成长。学生的安全受到家长、学校、和社会的高度关注,“学生安全”工作成了高校学生工作的中重点问题、难点问题。大学生自我防卫意识和技能的培养已成为值得关注的校园热点问题。自卫防身术作为大学生提高自我防范意识和自我防卫技能教学课程,是学生防身自卫的一种防身技能,自卫防身术的教授受到越来越多青年大学生的喜爱。经过几年的发展,自卫防身术课程有了一定的基础和内涵。但是在课程目标、课程内容、课程教学课时、及课程评价方面存在一些问题。本论文通过对河北省6所民办本科高校自卫防身术课程调查发现,自卫防身术作为提高学生自卫防身能力的一门课程或体育课提高学生身体素质的内容,都对学生身体素质的练习、提高具有促进作用。但是作为培养学生生活技能、应变技能的课程来说,没有系统化的对学生进行训练,在课程目标、教学时数、课程评价等方面上还有很多不足。通过对工作在一线的警察、民间拳师、高校自卫防身术任课专家访谈和对河北省民办本科院校一些主管学生工作的领导、任课教师、学生进行问卷调查分析,从学生需求、社会需求等实用性出发,优化现有的自卫防身术课程,完善课程目标、增加教学内容、补全教学课时、修订评价体系,并从中提炼整合出适合河北省内民办本科高校自卫防身术课程教授的理论知识和技术内容体系,满足学生需求,满足学校学生安全工作需求,为民办高校学生安全建设服务。同时本论文在研究过程中受教学环境等因素的影响,没有进行实验验证,通过本次研究,也希望在今后的教学过程过程中能切实改善自卫防身术课程的现状,让学生的自卫防身意识和自卫防身技能得到提高,为学生安全及学校学生打开工作新思路,让家长、学校、学生对学生安全放心,为学生安全保驾护航。
[Abstract]:As a sub-group of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities and the cradle of cultivating high-quality talents, private undergraduate colleges and universities in recent years, with the expansion of the scope of independent enrollment, the number of students is large, and the safety awareness of college students is poor. Lack of self-defense ability leads to car missing, killed, out of danger and other news reports, college students security problems affect their study, life and growth. The safety of students by parents, schools. With the attention of the society, the work of "student safety" has become a key issue in the work of college students. The cultivation of college students' self-defense awareness and skills has become a hot issue on campus. Self-defense is a teaching course for college students to improve their self-defense awareness and self-defense skills. It is a kind of self-defense skill for students. The professor of self-defense is loved by more and more young college students. After several years of development. The course of self-defense and personal defense has a certain foundation and connotation, but in the course goal, the course content, the curriculum teaching lesson. There are some problems in curriculum evaluation. This paper through the investigation of self-defense technology curriculum in 6 private undergraduate universities in Hebei Province. Self-defense as a course to improve students' self-defense ability or physical education to improve the physical fitness of students are the practice of students' physical fitness. However, as a course to develop students' life skills and contingency skills, there is no systematic training for students, in terms of curriculum objectives, teaching hours. There are still many shortcomings in curriculum evaluation. Through interviews with police, folk boxers, self-defense experts in colleges and universities, and the leadership of some senior students in private undergraduate colleges in Hebei Province. Teachers and students to conduct questionnaire analysis, from the practical needs of students, social needs and other practical optimization of the existing course of self-defence and personal defense, improve the curriculum objectives, increase the content of teaching, complement the teaching time. Revise the evaluation system and extract from it the theoretical knowledge and technical content system which is suitable for the self-defense technology teaching in the private undergraduate universities in Hebei Province to meet the needs of students and to meet the needs of the safety work of the students. At the same time, this paper is influenced by the teaching environment and other factors in the research process, which has not been verified by the experiment. It is also hoped that in the course of teaching in the future, the present situation of the course of self-defense and self-defense can be improved, so that the students' self-defense awareness and self-defense skills can be improved, thus opening up a new way of work for students' safety and school students' work.
