“合作学习”教学方法在普通高校体育教育专业排球教学中的实验研究

【摘要】：习近平总书记强调:“创新是一个国家存在的灵魂,是一个国家蓬勃进取的不竭动力,也是中华民族最大的财富。在国际间激烈的竞争中,只有创新才能有进步,只有创新才会变得更强,只有创新才能取得最终的胜利。”发展体育运动同样如此。随着改革在高校体育教学中的不断加强,学校体育教学在教育中的地位不断提高,学校体育教育的功能也更多地被人们所了解。体育教育活动不但能增强体质,而且对人的智力与非智力的发展都有着积极作用。排球是体育中三大球之一,与篮球,足球一样是体育教育专业必不可少的内容,排球以学生身体练习为主要形式,全面促进学生的身心发展,通过排球课程的学习,能够让学生掌握排球常识,技术知识与技战术能力等。正是这一形式的动态性,学生角色的变化性,和排球活动自身的合作性,使得合作学习,在排球项目中的运用,以及对学生的能力培养方面,就显得更为可行。但是现实状况并不乐观,在学生的课余生活中排球的热度依然不高。所以,要在各个方面进行改革与创新,使其满足素质教育的要求。本文通过文献资料法,问卷调查法,逻辑分析法,教学实验法,数理统计法深入研究“合作学习”教学方法的应用能否提高学生传、垫技术,激活学生体育参与的动力调节系统,以及对学生合作意识方面的影响。得出以下结论:(1)“合作学习”教学方法对于一般排球教学方法在提高学生身体素质方面的作用并没有那么明显。(2)“合作学习”教学方法能够促进排球技术的掌握,提高排球传垫技术水平,进而提高学生整体成绩。比教学一贯使用的传统式教法在提高传垫成绩方面效果显著。(3)实验班学生合作意识有显著提升,学生体育学习动机得到了激发,同时显示出浓厚的学习兴趣,对排球态度发生转变,但对照班却没有显示出太大差异,所以“合作学习”教学方法在提高学生合作意识、转变学习态度、激活排球动机,发展排球兴趣上比教学一贯使用的传统式教法优势明显。

The status of school physical education in education is constantly improving, the functions of school physical education are also more understood by people. Physical education activities can not only enhance physical fitness. Volleyball is one of the three big balls in sports, and it is an indispensable part of physical education as well as basketball and football. Volleyball takes the student body practice as the main form, comprehensively promotes the student's body and mind development, through the volleyball curriculum study, can let the student master the volleyball common sense. It is precisely the dynamic nature of this form, the variety of students' role, and the cooperative nature of volleyball activities, which make cooperative learning and use in volleyball events. It is more feasible to cultivate students' ability, but the reality is not optimistic, the popularity of volleyball is still not high in students' after-school life. Therefore, the reform and innovation should be carried out in all aspects. Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis, teaching experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a thorough study on whether the application of cooperative learning teaching method can improve students' transmission. Cushion technology, activation of student sports participation in the power regulation system. The following conclusion is drawn: "Cooperative learning" teaching method has less effect on the general volleyball teaching method in improving students' physical quality. The teaching method of "cooperative learning" can promote the mastery of volleyball skills. To improve the technical level of volleyball pad, and then improve the overall performance of students. Compared with the traditional teaching method has been used in the traditional teaching results in improving the performance of the test class students have a significant improvement in the sense of cooperation. Students' sports learning motivation has been stimulated, at the same time showed a strong interest in learning, volleyball attitude has changed, but the control class did not show too much difference. Therefore, the teaching method of "cooperative learning" is superior to the traditional teaching method in improving students' cooperative consciousness, changing learning attitude, activating volleyball motivation and developing volleyball interest.
