基于“一带一路”背景下的民族传统体育发展研究

【摘要】：根据西方现代体育全球化历程、民族传统体育发展危机,以及国外民族传统体育发展和研究现状,本文以民族传统体育和“一带一路”为研究对象,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、叙事分析法,从“一带一路”相关理念视角出发,探讨“一带一路”对民族传统体育发展的启示,以及民族传统体育在“一带一路”理念及建设背景下的发展机遇、发展动力与发展方略。第一,结合历史唯物主义,认为:民族传统体育当代发展面临的危机是人们运用民族传统体育达成目标的能力亟须解放、有待提高。通过梳理国外民族传统体育研究与发展现状,发现“民族传统体育发展”实际上已是全球性问题,全球范围内的民族传统体育有着相同处境与同一发展诉求。“一带一路”人类命运共同体理念的启示是:全球范围内以社群、民族、国家为单位的民族传统体育发展实践主体应该顺应时代潮流,强化利益、命运、责任共同体意识,建立对话关系与合作机制,联合推动民族传统体育发展。“一带一路”包容性全球化理念的启示是:民族传统体育应该以多样化发展为基础、积极主动实践全球化发展,世界范围内的相关实践主体应该加强合作、互联互通,联合推动民族传统体育全球化发展与多样化发展的统一。第二,民族传统体育全球化发展与多样化发展相统一,是总结民族传统体育现实发展经验做出的理性选择。随着“一带一路”建设持续稳步推进,民族传统体育发展将迎来转换实践主体、转换碰撞对象的机遇,也即,以社群、民族、国家为单位的相关主体,将转换为高度互动化、相关化的民族传统体育发展实践的人们共同体;顺应不同文明交流互鉴的时代潮流与召唤,通过民族传统体育多元展现、互学互鉴、取长补短、互通有无,本民族的传统体育的碰撞对象将转换为他民族的传统体育,而不是西方现代体育。这将有利于世界民族传统体育的文化自觉、特色重构、身份重建与认同。第三,从“社会身份”角度理解民族传统体育及其发展,“一带一路”相关理念及建设背景下,民族传统体育的发展将得到三方面动力:重新树立民族传统体育政治身份的动力、强化民族传统体育经济身份的动力,以及彰显民族传统体育文化身份的动力。第四,根据民族传统体育在“一带一路”背景下的发展机遇和发展动力,构建相应的发展方略:(一)推动命运共同体理念传播与认同,以明确民族传统体育发展实践的全球相关实质、推动相关实践主体建立对话合作与交流互动关系。(二)拓展多领域对话合作、交流互动路径——广泛推动相关国家民族传统体育公共外交,加强建设民族传统体育文化产业合作平台,着力推进民族传统体育多元展现、互通有无,积极开展民族传统体育学术往来、人才培养。
[Abstract]:According to the process of western modern sports globalization, the crisis of the development of traditional national sports, and the current situation of the development and research of foreign national traditional sports, this paper takes traditional national sports and "Belt and Road" as the research object. This paper discusses the enlightenment of Belt and Road to the development of traditional national sports from the perspective of the related concepts of Belt and Road by using the methods of literature, logic analysis and narrative analysis. And the national traditional sports in the "Belt and Road" concept and construction under the background of development opportunities, development momentum and development strategy. First, combined with historical materialism. It is believed that the crisis in the contemporary development of traditional national sports is that the ability of people to use traditional national sports to achieve their goals needs to be liberated and to be improved. Through combing the research and development status quo of traditional national sports in foreign countries. It is found that the development of traditional national sports is actually a global problem. The traditional national sports in the world have the same situation and the same development demand. The inspiration of the "Belt and Road" concept of human destiny community is: the global community, the nation. The national traditional sports development practice should conform to the trend of the times, strengthen the interests, destiny, sense of responsibility community, establish dialogue relationship and cooperation mechanism. The inspiration of "Belt and Road" concept of inclusive globalization is that traditional national sports should be based on diversified development and actively practice the development of globalization. The relevant practice subjects in the world should strengthen cooperation, interconnection, and jointly promote the development of traditional national sports globalization and diversification of the unity. Second. The integration of globalization and diversification of traditional national sports is a rational choice to sum up the practical development experience of traditional national sports. With the construction of "Belt and Road" continues to advance steadily. The development of traditional national sports will ushered in the transformation of the subject of practice and the opportunity to change the object of collision, that is, the related subject, which is the unit of community, nationality and country, will be transformed into highly interactive. Related to the development of traditional national sports practice of people community; Comply with the trend and call of different civilizations exchange and learn from each other, through the pluralistic display of traditional national sports, learn from each other, learn from each other, exchange needs. The collision object of the traditional sports of this nation will be transformed into the traditional sports of the other nation, but not the modern western sports, which will benefit the cultural consciousness and the reconstruction of the characteristics of the traditional sports of the world nation. Third, from the perspective of "social identity" to understand the traditional national sports and its development, "Belt and Road" related concepts and construction background. The development of national traditional sports will get three aspects of power: to re-establish the political identity of traditional national sports, and to strengthen the economic identity of traditional national sports. And show the national traditional sports culture identity power. 4th, according to the national traditional sports under the "Belt and Road" background development opportunities and development momentum. Build the corresponding development strategy: (1) promote the concept of the Community of fate spread and identity, in order to clarify the national traditional sports development practice of the global related essence. Promote the establishment of dialogue and cooperation and exchange interaction relationship. (2) expand the multi-field dialogue and cooperation, exchange interactive path-widely promote the national traditional sports public diplomacy of the countries concerned. Strengthen the construction of the national traditional sports cultural industry cooperation platform, and strive to promote the national traditional sports multi-display, exchange needs, actively carry out the academic exchanges of traditional national sports, talent training.
